The breakfast was good, but not wow. Coffee machine was very slow so there was a queue to get coffee.

We had two receptionists we interacted with, a male person who was perfect and forthcoming, and a female one who was almost arrogant and patronizing. We reserved a parking spot in the garage with her, and it took some convincing the same person to let us in over the intercom once we drove the car inside 10 minutes later.

Good place, high quality, perfect location, great amenities, welcoming service by one of the two receptionists, less so by the other one.

Staff and location were great! They even gave us bottles of water during checkout. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the spa facilities as they closed early on Sundays when we checked in. It was a short stay and wished we could have stayed more.

Cooked Breakfast was cold on the first morning and on the second morning the cooked breakfast was cold apart from the eggs that were cooked to order. There was a door stop in front of the toilet that I kept stubbing my toe on. I do not consider this to be a 5 star hotel.

This may be an unfair review because the one time we did have breakfast, there was no buffet out as im assuming there weren't enough people to warrant it. From our experience though, the breakfast was very expensive for the food available. Especially the fact as my partner is a vegan and the vegan options were very limited...other than that no other issues with the stay, it was great and obviously the breakfast is an added extra so it's not like it affected the stay.

Staff were awesome and the cleanliness of the spa, pool, hotel room etc. was top notch. The large smart TV was a bonus, we were able to sign into netflix etc. The value for money is amazing and the location is one of the best available. We were treated with many freebies also. Highly recommended.

There was one older guy who came across quite rude to me as I didn’t speak Spanish and he couldn’t speak English but I could read his body language of which made me feel that I was not welcome into the restaurant

We stayed a total of 3 nights. Room was not cleaned up from 1st nigth to 2nd night, although we stayed outside the room during whole day and placed respective sign "clean-up room) on door. Same happened again after 2nd night. I addressed the issue at reception in early afternoon, receptionist noted room nbr and confirmed action would be taken. After 3 hours still not cleaned and we reminded reception once more and went out. After our return in the eve, still uncleaned. Finally no cleaning during our entire 3-days stay. This is reason for low rating under "cleanliness" and overall rating of 7 (otherwise it would have been 8).

Hotel located in the heart of Andorra la Vella with easy access to old town. Our room was on 5th floor, facing back (meaning not facing the street "Prat De La Creu"). The room was very quiet. Reception staff friendly, offering some refreshments during check-in.

The city being rather cold, the room was noticably cold as well with the wall mounted AC unit / heater controller not turning on for some reason. Still got a good night sleep on the awesome beds though. A second issue was us being waken up at 1am by a hotel employee and a guard (?) knocking on the door for several minutes, and after opening, claiming we're smoking in the room (as non-smokers), as the room entrance fire alarm had reportedly gone off despite it not making a sound in the room. The pair quickly realised it being a false alarm, sincerely apologized and left. Apparently the fire alarm is broken, which will hopefully be fixed soon. The third and final issue was the parking garage door not automatically opening, for whatever reason, upon leaving despite having a good size car, meaning it had to be manually opened using a button on the wall mounted control box of the door. Overall the issues weren't that major, but things you wouldn't want at a 5-star hotel, best ones in town.

A very nice surprise having a named welcome letter with a bottle of cava waiting in the room. The view was great and the beds absolutely amazing. The room was nice and quiet even though the window was to a busy street. The private underground parking garage was a huge bonus with an elevator taking you directly to your floor. One of two elevators was out of use and signs pointing to the hotel elevator along the way from the garage could be slightly improved, if something, being a 5-star hotel. It's still easy to find using common sense though. Wish we could've stayed longer, but will be back one day.

The hotel does not have the appearance of a 5 star hotel, which however for us was not an issue as the service and the price- performance ratio was very good.
