The staff behind the reception give the vibe to be a little less friendly. They barely smile to you. The room require some maintenance - we had issues with flushing, light is very poor already and imagine how worse it got with another non functioning lightbulb. Also the room floors are forgotten by housekeeping because they weren't the cleanest from day 1. No water or coffee facilities anywhere in the hotel once the bar closes. Parking can be an issue especially if you return late in the evening.

The location is excellent if you wish to ski, because it is in between 3 good spots for it. Also the majority of the staff at the restaurant are great.

It would be nice if the online information made it clear that the ski shuttle only runs to Grau Roig. Based on the information online, I assumed it would run to Soldeu, so I booked my ski hire in Soldeu and then had trouble getting there due to the lack of access to ATMs to get cash for the bus. It would also be really helpful to be told about the need for cash in one of the pre-stay messages—I ended up paying €35 euros for a 2-minute ride from Soldeu to the hotel because the only ATM in Soldeu was not working when I arrived. A simply message about needing euros to use the bus would have saved me this headache, especially because Google erroneously claims that the Andorra public buses use contactless to pay. I also made reservations for the restaurant twice, and each time I arrived for my reservation time, I was asked to come back in 30 minutes, even though the restaurant was only ever half full. This wasn’t a huge deal as the restaurant is connected to the hotel, but it was a bit annoying after going through the process of getting a reservation and then scheduling my day around the reserved time.

The property itself is very nice, with clean rooms, a nice bar/lounge area offering a variety of games, and a good restaurant. The most impressive aspect, though, is the staff at the front desk. I needed help getting cash, as there are no ATMs near the property and cash is required to ride the bus to get to the only ATMs (which are not accessible by foot). The woman at the front desk went above and beyond in helping me by allowing me to use her bus pass to reach an area with multiple banks. This was beyond any customer service I’ve ever received, and I’m endlessly grateful! This helpfulness and general kindness was replicated in every hotel worker I met.

It is isolated and far from any town so you either walk a lot or have to wait for the local bus, or take the shuttle to the ski area. It seems they take advantage on that and the snack bar and the restaurant on the premises are quite expensive and not that good.

Hotel is nice and reasonably priced. Rooms are small but clean. There is a shuttle to Grau Roig ski area. It has a lounge are to watch sports and have a snack.

We have asked for a double bed but got two twin beds put next to each other. Also room is quite small and if you're there for skiing there is little space to let your clothes dry.

Rooms were outdated. Bed is turistic bed not proper frame !!! Also one of the room supposed to have Mountain View and it didn’t!!! Overall clean hotel and close to the slopes that the plus. Staff is nice

Too much to list. Untrained staff. Struggling to log endless data into computers while customers queue up and wait to be served. Then no effort made to provide an acceptable level of service. It was ridiculous and annoying.

- customer service: i asked 3 times for single beds and they provide me a couple bed. They dont pay attention to customers. - there isnt parking lot, and in high season outside is full, maybe you wont find a parking nearby. - the bed had a broken leg - only one elevator that takes long - you can hear the bar and the the people outside the room until 2am. Too noisy. This hotel is good if you are looking for something low cost

At some point of my stay there was a strange odor around the place ("bathroom like" odor if you understand what I say). It was just on one specific day, not every day. The building is very VERY noisy once everyone wakes up. People going up and down the stairs with the ski boots, speaking loud. The room is not isolated form outside noise at all. The location is not great if you want to visit other places at night and you don't have a car. The buses have not great frequency and they stop working at 9:30PM!! So if you did not get the last bus, you'll end up paying a very expensive taxi, or you will have to walk a lot.

The hotel is ok, nothing fancy. If you want to stay in a place just because you get breakfast and then you ski all day, this is the right hotel. But don't expect entretainment or great facilities. You have a bar downstairs that is ok if you want to have a couple of beers, but don't expect a party.

Very noisy - walks were thin and our room was next to the stairwell so we could here anyone going passed , their voices, footsteps and doors closing until about 1 in the morning. The bar was good value but the temperature was cold so we had to sit there in pur jackets.

- the breakfast is below average and not worth the money you pay - they upgraded my room to the other side of the street where the apartments are located, which was nice - the downside was that the apartment smelled like cigar smoke and the neighbors could be very loud in the evening - the mattress in my apartment was very used and needs replacement

rooms on the first floor are next to the bar, we couldn’t sleep, all the noise on the bar filters towards the rooms, when asked about a change of room it was a passive aggressive no, and we were told the weren’t any rooms available, 1 hour later there is a queue of 50 people checking in getting rooms, so there were rooms available.
