Great location. Huge bed and good hotel facilities

The bed was huge and so comfortable with pillows that matched the size of the bed. Breakfast covered everyone's taste. Location was beside the river, very picturesque. Out the front door and along the road for a few minutes and you can get a lift up about 7 floors and step into the old part which was so lovely. Drivers here are very considerate.

Just took a wrong turn from the bus stop and ended up going the long way and had to ask directions.

Breakfast was one of the best in all of my travels

Room was big, ample of space for luggages. We stayed in the family room (for 4 pax) and it didn’t feel too tight in there. Walking distance to the main attraction, there are bakeries and cafes nearby.

It’s a very old hotel that is refurbished. The lobby was updated, the hallway isn’t, the sleeping area is new but the bathroom is very dated.

Great hotel in the heart of Andorra La Vella. It was walking distance to just about everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. Great experience.

Super modern, clean, large rooms, very comfortable beds, lots of facilities and genuinely easy parking, not to mention the best front desk staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The location is a minute from the centre of the Ville and seconds away from beautiful new restaurants and bars. Breakfast was amazing with fresh orange and champagne, fresh churros and great coffee. Well done.

The staff is wonderful in every way.

It’s rated as a 4 star but it’s really a nice 3 star. Rooms very large but old. Bathroom old but has good soaps. Sheets and towels not 4 star quality and the pillows are terrible. If I was rating a 3 star I would say it’s 9-10 for a 4 star it’s a 7 to me.

Service at the front desk and in the restaurants was attentive and friendly. The room was quite big and clean, with enough drawers and closet space. The bathtub was scary--it was dangerously slippery. The food at the breakfast buffet wasn't very tasty, and I'd probably pass on choosing the breakfast option if I were to return here--especially because there are coffee and pastry shops nearby. Location of the hotel was very good--close enough to walk almost everywhere one would want to go in Andorra.

Uncomfortable mattress and slippery bathtub.

We had a lovely stay here and felt very well looked after by all of the hotel staff. Particular thanks to Nagore on the front desk who was friendly, kind and attentive. Good breakfast spread in the morning, and very centrally located within easy walking distance of the main shopping district and very close to the local park.

The staff were all friendly, competent, responsive and prompt. The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and positioned in the hallway and away from the elevator as I requested. The breakfast was excellent with innumerable selections. The location was walkable to the Old Town and the most popular shopping areas.

I was disappointed in the spa. The jets in the pool did not consistently work. I would have stayed longer had they operated properly. Thus, the spa was not worth the fee I paid to use it.
