Just took a wrong turn from the bus stop and ended up going the long way and had to ask directions.

The bed was huge and so comfortable with pillows that matched the size of the bed. Breakfast covered everyone's taste. Location was beside the river, very picturesque. Out the front door and along the road for a few minutes and you can get a lift up about 7 floors and step into the old part which was so lovely. Drivers here are very considerate.

Great hotel in the heart of Andorra La Vella. It was walking distance to just about everything. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would stay here again. Great experience.

Super modern, clean, large rooms, very comfortable beds, lots of facilities and genuinely easy parking, not to mention the best front desk staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. The location is a minute from the centre of the Ville and seconds away from beautiful new restaurants and bars. Breakfast was amazing with fresh orange and champagne, fresh churros and great coffee. Well done.

We had a lovely stay here and felt very well looked after by all of the hotel staff. Particular thanks to Nagore on the front desk who was friendly, kind and attentive. Good breakfast spread in the morning, and very centrally located within easy walking distance of the main shopping district and very close to the local park.

I was disappointed in the spa. The jets in the pool did not consistently work. I would have stayed longer had they operated properly. Thus, the spa was not worth the fee I paid to use it.

The staff were all friendly, competent, responsive and prompt. The room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and positioned in the hallway and away from the elevator as I requested. The breakfast was excellent with innumerable selections. The location was walkable to the Old Town and the most popular shopping areas.

Hotel was well maintained and very clean. Restaurant was exceptional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of the city within easy access of all main sites. Bus station was a short walk. Despite being central, hotel was very peaceful. Would not hesitate to stop here again.

The one drawback was that soundproofing both from the corridor and from the rooms next door was rather poor and noise can be heard. In particular, the room we stayed in had a door to connect it directly to the room next door which was locked (they must open it to connect the 2 rooms for families with children). The problem is that sound proofing was quite poor because of this, and one night we could clearly hear guests next door talking to each other and watching TV in the evening (loud enough that we could clearly understand what they were saying and watching). We didn't complain to those guests as obviously they paid for their room and were entitled to watch their TV (and we didn't go to reception as we were in bed already and it was a bit too late for us to want to swap room); but this was a problem and adjacent rooms should have better soundproofing regardless. The hotel was great besides this and the staff excellent, and since there aren't too many reviews reporting a similar issue it might be specific to just a few rooms, so I wouldn't call it a showstopper but maybe check if you have such connected rooms after checkin and ask to swap it if you do. I have to drop my rating to a 8 from what would otherwise have been a 9 because of this.

Very convenient location within walking distance of all key areas of Andorra la Vella, and very close to the national bus station (to go elsewhere in Andorra as well as to Spain and France). Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was of good size, clean and confortable.

Good location, nice views of the creek and mountains from the window. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. Nice sized room. Restaurants and Carrefour City next door. Quiet even with an amusement park set up across the creek.

The location is great—just steps into the old city and the newer part of the city. We booked a family room that slept four and it was massive, including a jacuzzi tub. Parking was easy underground and the breakfast had so many options!

Andorra is a great place, nice nature, nice people. The staff of the hotel are super nice and helpful in any way. The hotel restaurant is very good in food and service.
