The pool windows need to be fully transparent to see the magnificent views in their full glory.

Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Facilities were excellent. Breakfast was great. Staff helpful and friendly.

Great location. Luckily I read all the terrible reviews about this hotel being way past its refurbishment date, which was obvious the moment you walk in, so I knew what to expect. But if refurbishing this 1970/1980s style hotel will mean vastly hiking up prices, then leave it as it is.

Hard to find hotel to start with

Lovely large room with excellent air conditioning. Excellent breakfast and dinner included in room rate. Parking was extra. Easy walk into the centre of Andorra. Staff very good to deal with and helped with parking our car in their underground car park. Would reccommend

Dinner buffet was less than expected

Breakfast buffet was very complete and good. Parking under the hotel, a bit difficult to find the elevator when you go in the first time. The hotel is on a good spot to start shopping, and some restaurants near by.

The shower felt unsafe due to how slippery it was, and the hotel appeared quite dated.

The bathroom was in need of updating as the shower in the bath was hard to see as it was so dark and the bath was quite slippery so I had to put a pair of shorts in there to stand so I didn’t slip over plus it was impossible to put the shower head in the holder as water went all over the floor. The pool was nice but wrong time of year to go and enjoy it due to school holidays! Parking was ok as long as the number they allocated to you wasn’t already in use and the way down to the hotel parking level was exceptionally tight and manoeuvring your car back and forth without hitting the wall took some skill!! And the cost of parking was rather expensive.

The location was excellent to see Andorra. We upgraded our room to one with a balcony which was lovely. The beds were so comfortable as were the pillows. The last that cleaned made a great job each day and was very friendly and non intrusive. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful too. The air conditioning worked wonderfully especially in the heat wave we’ve just had. Breakfast choice was excellent and plenty of it.

Breakfast starts only at 7.30am, so if you are leaving early, you might not get a chance to enjoy it. The gym they have is very old and most of the machines are not working properly. They have there only machines and not dumbells or similar. In general the hotel is old. Our window was not closing properly and opening randomly.

Location was great! Very close to the bus station and to the city center, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is very good too and they have a lot of options. They also have a pool, sauna, and solarium. For the price, it is very good!

The times for the spa, sauna etc are only in the afternoon but you can use the pool in the morning. The spar area needs some investment as it is old and falling apart a little,

I have been to this Hotel before and the location and everything is great. The rooms are very big and they give you a lot of extras that other hotels do not give you like, water & drinks. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner are very well priced for what you get.

Garage is suitable for a small car. However, I would not dare to drive in with a medium/large car. The hotel is slightly dated (gaskets deteriorating, pool ceiling in need of a paint job). Nevertheless, everything was clean and definitely good value for money.

Excellent location in the middle of the city. Parking in the basement with elevator access. Friendly staff. Great breakfast with good gluten free options including churros! Pool and sauna on top floor were relaxing after a long hike.
