The hotel feels like it needs TLC. For a four star hotel amenities are run down. Sometimes I did not appreciate is a strong drainage smell in our bathroom. The swimming pool area is tiny and there are no loungers.

I tried to book an extra night when I did the check-in but the receptionist told me to come back the next morning. I did so and it took very long for the second receptionist to make this booking, I would have been faster booking it online. Also, when I asked what the dinner buffet included, the receptionist said it was a"normal" buffet, nothing special. So I went to a restautant outside of the hotel. They were not really willing or able to sell something additionally. Plus, both of the receptionists spoke very bad English. I speak some Spanish, so it was not a big problem but in a four star hotel the receptionist should at least have a decent level of English. My messages on Booking.com to the hotel were not answered for days, since there were hardly any guests in the hotel, I don't understand why. The online-checkin page should be checked again for translation errors since it might be confusing for some guests to fill it out. The pool area is lacking some chairs to properly relax. The wifi in my room was terrible, I had to go to the lobby to work on my laptop.

The staff was very friendly and tried to help me at all times with my inquries. The breakfast had everything that you need to start the day right, and that for a great price. The location is great for people that come to Andorra by public bus. Also thank you for letting me do a late check-out :)

Overall a good stay. Clean rooms. Staff were nice. Bus station is 15 minutes walk.

Wifi didn't work the entire night - no explanation. No parking available despite it being a key reason for booking. Would not have booked if was not 100% guaranteed.

Size of room - 2 rooms joined therefore 2 bathrooms and increased privacy. Good location near historic centre.

For the price I was expecting more. The pool was very cold for being indoor, there were no instructions on the Jacuzzi and it would just switch off and then wouldn´t go back on. To get into the parking and out again was a nightmare and we scratched our car, when charging €17 per day it should be a lot wider to get into. I feel that many hotels in Andorra say they are a Spa and wellness centre to charge more but for where the Hotel is and what it offers it is very expensive.

The rooms themselves were nice and the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were nice & the breakfast was not bad.

we stayed here before but this time it was not so great, pool was cold, the air conditioning was working but not efficient in cooling the room, breakfast was in a hurry as there were a lot of people and we were told we had to eat as fast as possible 😳

Conveniently located, not far from the bus station and the centre, with amazing views from the roof terrace. The room was comfortable, and the hotel has a small spa with a pool, hot tub and steam room. Swimming caps are required, but can be bought at the reception. Opposite the hotel there is a bus stop and a greengrocer's where we could buy fresh fruit. There are also good places to eat nearby. But the real gem was the lady at the reception, who was extremely kind and friendly, and helped us make the most of our short stay. It really made a difference, and we are very grateful for the experience. Andorra is amazing, we would love to return and would gladly stay at the same hotel.

A bit of maze with different elevators to get to our floor, but we got used to it. Garage ramp very narrow.

The uncomfortable pillows.

The place, the view through the window, the hotel's interior were great. The breakfast was perfect. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful.
