      The hotel is very nicely set up, great common areas and a very nice pool. From the outside we may have been doubtful but the way it is set up is very nice. The rooms are small for 4 people, but we were not there to stay in the room. Some great beaches not to far away with terrific snorkeling and coconut island is only a few minutes away by free provided bikes.

      Rooms are a bit small, lack a proper view, but fine for our stay. The hotel is located very close to the Hilo airport, but besides a few planes in the morning that didn’t bother us at all!

      Apartment and resort are beautiful and fully equipped with everything you need and more! From the kitchen to beach supplies, it was all there! The property is well maintained and questions for host were answered very quickly. We would definitely consider coming again.

      Lovely small resort, very clean and good amenities. Bonus is you can visit their sister resorts on the beach front for free which are an 8 min drive away. A great option to have beach access.

      I tried several times to contact the hotel to arrange my free airport transfer, which was clearly stated at the time of booking. Unfortunately, no one ever responded to my messages. As a result, I had to make my own arrangements and cover the cost myself. This lack of communication was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations for the level of service promised.
