Ella was very helpful arranging the tickets and transfers for us. We checked in very late and the only guy who was there at that moment was the security who barely spoke any English but Ella contacted me immediately and resolved all our requests although she was outside her working hours. The next day she was kindly assisting us with our requests again having her day off. So big thanks and I wish her the best.

Very nice hotel, with Hoi An being so busy and crowded we loved the peace of this hotel. Truly a gem in the area with great spaces to relax and unwind from the pools, lounge areas, bar and restaurant. Easy to get in and out of town with shuttle. The staff were so nice and helpful always making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Embracing the essence of culture heritage, it its architecture and philosophy, as well as adding a modern touch, Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa is set around a stunning purified salt-water swimming pool... Everything about our stay here was just perfect. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We loved coming back after exploring the town. Also loved the food they serve here. Breakfast had many options for everyone and dinner was very delicious as well. The pool area is amazing and I can´t even find the right words to say how absolutely amazing are all the staff. It was my birthday during our stay here and they even surprised me with a birthday cake. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

El Bel Marina Hoi An Resort se encuentra a 7 minutos a pie de la ciudad antigua de Hoi An, declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO. Ofrece un spa y centro de bienestar. It is situated in a lovely spot by the river and only a short walk to the Old Town. There were multiple pools to choose from which really suited us especially if the main pool was overrun with children. We were also extremely lucky to be upgraded to the Pool Villa which was an outstanding room.

El Hoi An Beach Resort está situado entre la playa de Cua Dai y el río De Vong y alberga 2 piscinas al aire libre. Todo! La habitación muy grande con un pequeño jardín y vistas al río. Dos piscinas muy grandes, al lado de la playa. El desayuno muy bueno. El bar dentro de la piscina es un 10!!

El Palm Garden Resort está junto a la playa de Cua Dai, en medio de 5 hectáreas de bonitos jardines paisajísticos. This is one of the best resorts in this area. Nice beach, clean and comfortable facilities, helpful and friendly staff who go out of their way to help. Good food, nice breakfast. Landscaping, beach, all good.
