Staff were polite and nothing was too much trouble they assisted me to have a Dr's consultation and full body massage which was excellent. I swam in the lovely, clean pool, watched the sea and had a fantastic yoga session. The food was excellent and of a very high standard 5 star service. I was able to book a taxi and go shopping and was dropped at the airport. I would recommend this hotel with no reservation and would book it again.

Pratham and Ronnie (plus all staff) were professional, accommodating with top end customer services. The place itself was very clean, quiet and satisfying. I want to highlight that my husband left his 2 phones in the room we were in and he probably realized it after a week. He called Pratham and asked him to look for it. They checked everything and finally when they found them, Pratham called us to give the good news. Now we are in the process of getting the phones back to the UK. They have been superb.
