Iwan, the manager of the resort, picked us up from the airport. He speaks English well and very friendly. So upon our arrival till departure, all the staffs there, Iwan, Orfi and Angel, were so helpful and tried to make our stay convenient, and to this, we may say they did a super job. 👏👏👏

Alamayah Boutique Retreat Hotel está en Deke, a 6 min a pie de Playa Watu Bella, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a beautiful area very close to some picturesque beaches. The staff are very friendly and attentive and make it easy to organise trips and activities so you can experience Sumba. Surf lessons are a lot of fun and the village tour and waterfall tour are both great. Cocktails were really good, as was the food at breakfast. The hotel seems to have a good relationship with the local people and seems to have genuinely benefitted Sumba.

The staff here is beyond delightful, they made the stay! Helpful, friendly. The aromatherapy massage was excellent as well!

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The gardens were great. The room was nice enough. The location was great for viewing sunsets over the ocean. The restaurant and pool area was well designed. The food was great and the chef was happy to go off menu for us to let us try local dishes.

The food is amazing. Fresh and made with local ingredients. We loved each meal. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peacefulness of the island. The owners are kind and very friendly. We loved every minute in here. Everything was homecooked and made we love. There is no plastic and waste in here and there is free water to have at all times.

Rua Beach Resort Sumba está en Rua, a pocos pasos de Rua Beach, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. Hay vistas a la piscina. What we really liked is the hospitality in this resort. Ben helped us a lot with looking for nice locations to go to. The food was also really good. The owner is Italian so the pasta is on point. The room was clean with an excellent working AC (pretty special when in Indonesia if you ask me). The shower pressure and temperature were also perfect. Thank you and we hope to see you again!
