The staff always greet guests with a smile and are eager to assist them with their activities for the day. The ocean surrounding the resort is absolutely beautiful. They also have a well-maintained jungle pathway that is a must to hike and explore. This is definitely a resort we will return to again.

Nestled amongst the natural and lush greenery of the rainforests near the border between Malaysia and Brunei, Mulu Marriott Resort is located on Melinau Paku River in Miri. The resort boasts a large fitness centre, pool and a sauna. It is 20 minutes from the Mulu Airport by car. A perfect 10. It´s incredible to find such a place in the middle of a untouched jungle. Everything is spacioous and ample - the layout of the hotel itself, the rooms, the restaurant. The buildings were constructed and designed with taste and style, the restaurant offered wonderful food, the staff was literally reading our minds, the shuttle transfers to the airport and to the national park were flexible and quick. Looking back, we could have stayed there much longer.

Free WiFi is accessible from the villas. Absolutely beautiful. What amazing stay. The staff was great, beautiful beach, wild marine life, scuba diving, snorkling, and I could go on. Highly recommend!

We missed our stay in Shangri- La Rasa Ria, nice room and the view spectacular for sunset, Staffs is friendly and room service is the fastest ❤️

Effective 1st July 2021, all prices quoted are subject to 6% Sales & Services Tax (SST) excluding hotel accommodation in accordance with Malaysian Government legislation. Check in was seem less but the distance from the lobby to the room is quite a distance but the concierge will help you to carry your bags. The room was big and perfect and all amenities was provided as well. The breakfast was nice and multiple choice of foods and drinks. We had to travel to Sibu so we didn't have time to see all the amenities.

The rooms (ours was sea view, king) are spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and very popular with children, and there is a small beach to access the sea. There are several restaurants to choose from with very good food options. The breakfast buffet (included) was tasty, varied and plentiful. The view from the open-air breakfast area was truly tropical.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, the 5-star resort has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Great little spot in a jungle neighborhood. Super friendly owners. We were hungry when we arrived and they were making chicken curry for their lunch, and added us to the preparations. Very unique location. I slept really well then off the next day for diving.
