This place is amazing. All the staff are extremely happy, kind and helpful. The views are stunning. The meals were delicious. They even made us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early on our bikes. Was so so good.

The staffs at the reception lobby are most helpful and also provide great customer service. I would like to mention a special thank you to a reception Staff - May (hope i get her name right). Not only did she provide great help and advice on where to travel around for sight see, she even pay meticulous attention to pre-emp our needs, like preparing the Hotel buggy for my family of six to pick us up from the hotel Swimming pool complex to return to hotel main lobby, so that we can be on time for our transport back to Railway Station. The hotel rooms (we had the Family Suite and the Deluxe rooms) are all cleaned and well equipped. Hotel breakfast also has a good spread.
