Great staff. Spacious and clean room. We had a small ant problem which was resolved quickly and efficiently, they didn’t come back. Working water heater, ac. Lots of power outlets. Good location, though without a scooter it’d be hard to get by, but it’s like that everywhere on the island. Beautiful garden, calm and quiet. Well equipped kitchen, free drinking water, sharp knives!

Positioned in the beginning of the less touristic side of the island, the situation is extremely relaxed and intimate. we had a bungalow i front of the sea and it was beautiful. Both the sea and swimmingpool are clean and nice to have a swim there. Rooms are tidy, the staff super helpful with booking activities for you, calling a taxi, and suggesting places to see and to eat. Much reccommended if you want to relax!

Great new resort on a very peaceful side of the island. Beautiful gardens and very clean pool. The hotel has a free shutle service to 'White Sand Beach', where there are lots of beach bars and restaurants. They also offer free bikes. You can also rent brand new scooters directly at the hotel for 250b a day, whitout needing to leave a deposit or passport. Rooms on the 2nd floor of the building in front of the pool are very well maintained. Good size, nice view into the jungle/ pool. Staff is very accomodating and helpful. They were able to cook pancakes with soya milk instead of normal.

Lovely family run place in one of the smaller peaceful towns on Koh Chang. The room was excellent and extremely clean with lots of attention to detail. Great service with staff always around and ready to help out, felt like staying with a friend. There is a lovely little beach within short walking distance, and the extraordinary Lonely beach a short scooter ride down the road. Breakfast was also great and an excellent value. Good cheap local restaurants and hidden gems within close walking distance too make it a great place to base yourself on the island.

Perfect small boutique style location at the beach, with nice bungalows situated around a stunning swimming pool. We spend 4 nights with our 2x young kids. The beach is rather quiet and provides easy access for young kids. Although the sand may not be as stunning as on the other (west) side of Ko Chang, we loved this (east) side way better, as you are off the beaten track. The owner Simon and his staff do everything to make you feel welcome, and arranged even our 5,5h transfer from BKK airport to the hotel, at more than reasonable price. This was a perfect start for our 3 month trip to SEA for us.

    Breakfast had a healthy variety - very good & relaxing. Staff at breakfast were wonderful & very friendly & engaging. A credit to the resort - with a young man named: 'Sammy' doing a fantastic job every morning. The pool boys were extremely engaging & always welcoming & smiling - special mention for 'Ken' & 'Jai', both outstanding & wonderful representatives for the resort. Overall a fantastic holiday & 1st class resort with outstanding service & staff.

    The resort is at a great location on Kai Bae beach, surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops and bars. The resort was very peaceful and the owners and staff were very welcoming, making us feel at home. Breakfast was good and the pool was welcoming after a hot day. The resort is not far from the beach with its beautiful warm sea. Would definitely recommend the Garden Resort, you can book with confidence. Hoping to be back one day. Take care all of you at the Garden Resort and thank you for your smiles and happiness.

    Location is good, it’s towards the end of Kiabea Beach Resort, which is not as hectic or built up as White Sands. Everything in Resort is pretty compact & there’s plenty of choice. The Rooms, the Breakfast, the Staff & the Pool are all excellent.

    Lovely place to stay, bungalows were great size, very clean, comfortable large beds, staff were very attentive and happy, the owner Mause was very friendly and a good laugh, played the guitar exceptionally well, very informative of the area and keeps his residence (garden resort) beautiful. Lovely salt water pool, which is cleaned daily, plenty of sunbeds, situated centrally, we will definately return! Thankyou to Mause his wife and all the staff for making our stay that bit more special ❤️

    Excellent beach resort, great having access to slides for kids to unwind in the afternoon after a morning of exploration. The beach bar was lovely and food good. The staff put on a fire show in the evening which you couldn’t get tired of watching. we had a family suit with private pool, which was excellent value for money. The beach was clean and peaceful.

    The Nest Sense Resort is incredible. Small and boutique with a luxury feel and great service. All of the staff there were really kind, friendly and attentive and Nook makes the best cocktails. Incredible pool and restaurant/bar area. We saw some fantastic sunsets. The pool villas is a must!
