Everything about this resort is amazing. We stayed here with our girlfriend for 5 days. The rooms are super clean, fresh and beautiful, the restaurant has amazing food (and amazing views), the pool is super nice with beds where you can chill. The entire restaurant and pool area is right next to the beach so you have the most beautiful and peaceful vibe. During our stay we booked one massage, and it was SO GOOD we booked another one later that day. The staff is super friendly and kind, we could not ask for more!

The place is beutifull, with decorative and personal touch wherever you look, great swimming pool, full of vegetation, very green. Great vibe in the place - mainly thanx to kylee and wayne. I enjoyed my stay at origin. Very nice hotel and very nice commodities. The staff was very nice and as a solo traveler they were nice to accompany me from playing pool with Medy, to talk foodball with Ilham. I enjoyed my stay a lot and would recommend the hotel to other guests planning on staying on Lombok for their vacation.

I stayed in the Pullman in Lombok in early May, where I had a fantastic experience. The room was, as you might expect, clean and had many extras consistently stocked, with housekeeping maintaining a high standard of cleaning every day. However, what really made the stay was the excellent staff, who were all attentive and extremely friendly. It would be tough to name every single person, however Satria (restaurant), Johan (reception) and Cutra (chef) were a cut above everyone else - a massive thank you to the three of them for making my stay so pleasant. Further, the company they partnered with for transport were also excellent, with Rico even venturing into town to get me a pair of flip-flops! My only nice to have on transport would be more manual motorcycles, however I understand that’s a personal preference. In all, one of the best hotels/resorts I have stayed in!
