The location of the hotel and our room was beautiful and perfect, close to the beach and close tot the marina. The staff is amazing: special thanks to the lifeguards at the beach and jetty: Ahmed Shaban, Mahmoud Refay, Monaim. Also at the snackbar we had the best service from Ahmed Kemal (Mido) at the bar and Saied from the snacks. The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful, especially Mohamed Fouad and Dana from guest relations, they both do a very good job. I don't know the name of the housekeeper but he did an amazing job, everything was very clean. I would in the first place come back for all the staff and their service, they feel like family members. And after this I would come back for the food and location/atmosphere. Everything is just amazing and we extended our stay when we were here.

Felt like in heaven! Every staff here is super nice and always take care of the guest. The room is big and quite and clean. Every service gives guests a wonderful experience. There are also some shows every day, making my journey full of joy. Absolutely will come back if I return to Port Ghalib!

The staff was so friendly, always willing to help you and make the stay as comfortable as possible. And they were all so kind with our daughter. The hotel is very nice, everything is clean and modern, the buffet was great and the food very tasty with a large selection. The bay is beautiful as well, as you can see corals and lots of fish and meet turtles and sometimes a Dugong while snorkeling. We also went diving with the great dive center (scuba world divers - Iberotel costa mares) located in the same bay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel: friendly staff; excellent layout and architectural design; clean and well-kept; an amazing lawn; easy access to amenities at other hotels (gym, etc.); service everywhere one goes; dizzying selection at the buffet (not that many vegan options, but no problems what so ever for vegetarians!); all-inclusive truly means that (drinks, food, access to the water park, etc)! Jaz Lamaya is a really nice and clean hotel. The staff from the reception was really helpful! The food was lovely and the animation team (Koko, Taya, Christina and the crocodile) is really good and funny!! We will definitely come back to this hotel! :)

A gem close to Coraya Bay. Very good food, nice beach with a good housereef, walking distance to Coraya through the sister hotel, good dive school. Comparably small place for an AI resort. Friendly staff, good pools - we really enjoyed the stay there
