I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staff, especially Aaron, Joseph, and Nyambeson, for their exceptional assistance when my brother fell ill and forgot his documents. They went above and beyond to ensure that his documents were delivered to him in Zimbabwe before his return to Germany. Although my brother only stayed at the hotel for one night, we will always remember the kindness and dedication of these workers. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.

My airport pickup was sooth, safe and comfortable, considering that I was on a solo trip and going to Zambia for the first time.     The hotel exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and warm water every morning. The young staff were a delight to interact with, consistently displaying kindness, respect, and helpfulness, accompanied by exceptional customer service. I appreciated how they went the extra mile to assist each guest in arranging local transportation and navigating the area or reaching their desired destinations. One area for improvement could be the breakfast menu, which could benefit from more variety to avoid the repetition of the same dishes daily. Nevertheless, I believe the hotel provided excellent value for money, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
