this was the best accommodation we had in vietnam throughout 3 weeks. everything was perfect - nice room, comfy beds, comfy bathroom, beautiful pool, close to 2 stunning beaches, restaurants and shops around but without any noise or people around. also you can get around the island easily by using the free phu quoc bus what has a stop a few minutes walking from the hotel. also the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Where do I even start ? This place is amazing. It’s cozy , very clean, and the people that stay here are amazing. I found new friends and a place that feel like home. Madam , who is taking care of the guests , treats everyone with a great deal of respect, and even though she only speaks Vietnamese and uses google translate to express herself , I had so many amazing conversations with her and got everything I needed during my stay without any issues. The swimming pool is spotless and water is very clean. Communal kitchen is a great place to cook or hang out with other guests. The garden is very well looked after and generally the area is very quiet and relaxed. I am definitely coming back to this place and I recommend everyone to visit this wonderful hotel. I was honestly crying together with Madam when I was leaving in my taxi to the airport ! A wonderful experience

The Location is great, nearby with the Airport, Restaurant and all convenient shop. The receptionist on duty (Gentlemen) on our stay was very helpful and patient to answer all our enquiries even with communication barrier. Really a good stay in this Hotel. The window are all silent proof so not to worry about any noise for your stay.

We had an amazing stay at AVS hotel and honestly it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is modern looking with spacious, clean rooms and and all amenities. It is very close to the beach, and although the hotel does not have its own sunbeds, you can get them at at the Sunset Beach bar if you pay drinks of food (one of our favorite beach bars with a very nice vibe). The location is excellent, close to Duong Dong night market (short drive with grab or 20 min walk) and 2 minutes from the main street where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was good. Highly recommended.

Really nice place. Kind staff provide good customer service. Great pool, good location on a quiet side street, but still close enough to the beach. New towels each day, free water refill, and a water kettle in the dorm. Good beds with a privacy curtain and a big locker. Only negatives were not having private lights at each bed, and sometimes with only 1 toilet u had to wait because the shower was inside the toilet. The doors and windows were double glass so very quiet. Will definitely come back. try the fruit stand next to the hotel:)

Excellent location, fantastic view from the room. This is a proper beachfront hotel. Went straight to the beach after checking in. The staffs are so honest & accommodating. No a single frown or sulky face. The property is kept clean. They kept adding bean bags for guest at the beach. Definitely one of the best in the island. Breakfast spread was good. Good balance of local & western cuisine. I left my Oakley shades behind and they informed me they found it. There’s a couple of restaurants and even a grocery shop within 2minutes of walking.

Lovely rooms with nice beds, airco, seperate kitchen and own bathroom. 10 min walk from the beach and has its own pool. Really nice chill atmosphere although close to the main road. We had a great stay!
