Lovely modern & clean hotel in a great location. Staff all very friendly & helpful. Rooms spacious and well appointed. Balcony great to sit & relax. Views breathtaking all around. Large pool for chilling after busy day exploring the local area. Free bikes available. Local dance performance at the hotel was a real treat and very enjoyable.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and with a great view. The breakfast was great (I recommend the mango juice!) with a lot of varieties. We are vegetarians and enjoyed having dinner at La Luna. The vegetarian food was delicious. Last but not least - the stuff is wonderful! Thank you very much :)

We arrived as family of four with two bicycle and two children after dark and were immediately helped with all our luggage etc. In general, The personell was extremely helpful and nice to all of us. But exceptional was Mr. Xuan Long, who drove us around in the park and took care of us. He has an exceptional voice too and is a star singer. Thank you!!! The Meddom park was a new experience for us, the park is nicely set up with love in the detail. The room was small but had everything necessary. We felt comfortable and well remember our time in Meddom park and would like to come again. Thank you very much!

    A Must-Read Until the End! We came to stay in the glamping tents, and the place is simply magical. Everything was perfect, and it’s clear that every small detail was thoughtfully planned. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes even more charming with all the beautiful lights. The bathrooms and showers are nearby and very comfortable. On our second night, one of us suffered from food poisoning. We contacted the staff at 3 AM, and from that moment, the hotel team never left our side. They immediately took us to a hospital just 300 meters away and stayed with us — three staff members — until they understood the situation. Especially Nhy, who stayed with us until 8 AM to help us communicate with the doctors. She also made sure we had food and medicine, paid for the treatment, upgraded us to a room with a private bathroom for better comfort, and ensured we had water and food available. All the hotel staff, without exception, checked on us the next day, and we truly felt cared for and supported. This is one of the places with the highest level of service we have ever encountered. We highly recommend staying here! Beyond the amazing service, the facilities are excellent, and we believe you will truly enjoy your stay. A huge thank you to the entire hotel team, and especially to Nhy, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt well again.

    We love every minute of it. It is an incredible place, so we'll kept, every detail thoughtfully worked, every flower here is perfectly at the right location matching the colour. Then comes the owner, an incredible man, so wonderful, human, and available for his gusts. He showed us the countryside, the rice fields around, offered his incredible wine. Finally the food, oh my ! I The Best we've experienced, for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Mr Than has an organic garden and his own animals. Almost everything is coming from his house. It would be a major destination for individuals or families looking for a luxury retreat in any other countries. But right now It is the best kept secret... Please even if Mr Than dore not speak English we had very long conversation over google ditch/translate. No worries it works perfectly, we did everything we wanted. Except the we stayed only 2 days while we should have spent our whole week in this marvelous region.

    I will give the maximum stars because I really wanted to rent a motorbike and it wasn't possible in the near area but the hosts we kind enough to arrange a motorbike for me which was wonderfull to ride around the mountains and nearby villages.

    City is big enough to feed and entertain you all the night.

    City is big enough to feed and entertain you all the night. The dam is nice from every angle. Be aware foreigners need passport to buy a ticket to get there. Ba Vi park is nearby and fun to explore on motorcycle. The other side of the dam should be nice too, but we didn't managed to see everything in just weekend.

    While staying at Mai Chau Sky Resort I needed medical attention and was taken to the local hospital, the staff at both the hospital and Mai Chau sky resort were incredibly caring and supportive, I cannot thank them enough.     If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle from Hanoi for a few day Mai Chau is a beautiful little province, it is a great place to start.... Not terribly touristy..... so you will love it......Had we have had the time we would have stayed longer.....
