We chose iberostar to celebrate our wedding . It was the right decision . The service there is amazing and so are the people. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Huge thanks to Mr firas who spoiled all of us . The entertainment team also made our last night fun and memorable. My friends visited Tunisia for the first time and they are already planning to come back. During our recent stay at Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the entire staff, particularly Makram, Souhail, Rahma, Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their extensive team. Makram, the Assistant Manager, demonstrated outstanding dedication and professionalism. His efforts in helping us navigate logistical challenges were delivered with a reassuring smile and a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless. Souhail, the Head of Reception, stood out for his meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach. His commitment to meeting all guest needs significantly elevated our overall experience, making us feel both valued and cared for. Rahma, the Public Relations representative, showed extraordinary support and kindness. Her prompt and efficient follow-ups on our requests further enhanced our satisfaction and contributed to a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Chef Ahmad, Najeeb, Oussama, and their team, including Bilal, Wafa, Eman, Donia, Hakim, Motasim, Qousai, Jalal, Chadi, and Ibrahim, delivered an extraordinary dining experience. The quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were exceptional, on par with a 7-star hotel standard. Their attentiveness and commitment to excellence made each meal a delightful highlight of our day. Special thanks to Chef Najeeb, who treated us like family and ensured all our dining requests were met with the utmost care. His personal attention and dedication made our meals not just delicious but also heartwarming. Additionally, the waiter Jalal deserves specific recognition for his friendly demeanor and sense of humor. His professionalism and efficient way of ensuring our table was always available made our dining experiences feel personal and very homely. The front office reception staff, Hadi and Hadeel, were exceptionally supportive, providing all necessary paperwork and assistance with meticulous follow-up.

I was staying here on my own and have never been to Tunisia before, so was a bit apprehensive, but I didn't need to be. All the staff were amazing and really looked after me, I can't fault any of them. The food was lovely but the variation could have been better. Special thanks to Saif in the main bar for looking after me and to Raphika on reception who really helped me when my transfer back to the airport was early and left without me.

The staff was very friendly and they went the extra mile to make sure our experience was amazing. The 2 pools have a 10 cm platform which is amazing for toddlers as they can walk and crawl in the water. The buffet had a lot of variety and overall good quality meals. Room was huge!

Amazing Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Our sea view room was absolutely wonderful, offering stunning vistas that made our stay even more special. The beds were made to perfection, and everything was spotless. The shower, toilets, and water pressure were all amazing—truly a luxurious experience. The hotel itself is very safe and clean, with a truly impressive spa that I absolutely loved. The indoor and outdoor pools, along with the beautiful beach, were simply spectacular. There’s also a lovely bar where you can play cards and relax in the evening if you prefer to stay in. The housekeeping staff and pool attendants were attentive and kind, making sure everything was just right. Parking was convenient and secure, especially for my rental car. Breakfast and dinner offerings were excellent, providing a variety of tasty options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!

Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-...

Sousse, in general, is nice if you are looking for resort-type beaches and vibes; it is a bit shabby, and everywhere seems to be piles of rubbish and construction debris. The medina could use a deep clean to make it feel nicer. The people are friendly but very insistent, and most people (not shopkeepers) will go out of their way to help; it shows their kindness. If you are staying at a resort and have a bracelet attached, try to hide it when roaming around, as it attracts scammers and high-priced taxis. Police are everywhere you look and make us feel safe.

I liked that there is an old town and a more modern one. The people are all very friendly and, as a woman travelling on her own, I was alsways respected, well treated. There are beaches at Hammam-Sousse and along the coast. You find out which one you prefer. Taxis are not expensive. There are a sort of taxi-busses (louages) at a very modest price. You make them stop anywhere to get in and have them stop anywhere to get out again. From Hammam-Sousse many excursions are possible. I ate at the guest house, I recommend it. For communication a mobile phone with a translator from the internet is useful, if you are not fluent in the Arab language.
