The rooms and the bathroom are very spacious and comfortable, daily cleaning. We loved the pool area as well, plenty of shadow in after lunch hours. The territory of the hotel is also very beautiful, green and well mantained. Breakfasts are awesome-great selection of both western and asian dishes, good quality tasty food. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very nice location as well, you can get to the nearest beach in under a minute and in additional 2-5 minutes you can get to the shops, restaurants and amazing wild beach. The resort is on the end of the beach so is quiet, and the beach is clean, but it’s only a few minutes walk to the middle of the beach where the restaurants are. It looks idillic, like paradise. We sat outside for breakfast every morning on the tables near the water, it was beautiful (and the food was good!) The room was clean. The grounds are clean. If you’re looking for a perfect lil family getaway, this is the place for you. We didn’t want to leave! We visited a few other beaches and this one was by far the best! ENVIRONMENTAL concerns: the world needs an urgent and combined action and this Island it’s not an exception. 200 Thb are paid to enter the island claiming it’s a “reserve” but instead of money being used to keep the island clean we can see PLASTIC being massively used, the Thai villagers itself don’t look focused on the environment ideology, and a massive temple it’s being build…questionable routing of the money I guess…but I don’t have all the facts to judge this…but another paradise it’s severely compromised if the Thai government and island management don’t improve this ASAP! Near by the Ao Chao, if we pass the next hotel on the right side, local people live there and we can see plastic all around the houses, directly on the floor…a good image on the hotels and a very bad one on the “hidden” side…not good at all and a sign that EDUCATION needs to be improved for the sake of our PLANET!Guest review bynpfcruzUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Beautiful island, frequented by weekend holiday makers from Bangkok. Beautiful beaches. Food and drinks there are slightly pricey. Thai people are generally nice and have super big smile and warmth. Unfortunately for me, in Ko Samed... some how I felt that the big smile and warmth from the locals here is a notch lower compared to other places in Thailand. Possibly due to over population of tourist on the island disrupting their beautiful lives here.Guest review byEdSingapore
