This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. I stayed in the LOFT side of the hotel. I found it super clean, cozy, comfortable, with special touches in the decor such as the furniture (wooden and metal touches), carpeting, and on my floor, gorgeous retro movie posters and black & white images of old time movie stars (each floor has a different theme). It's clear that a lot of thought was put into the rooms, and it shows, I felt comfortable immediately when I walked in. Nice and warm, toasty warm, comfy, nice shower with hot water and good water pressure. Fast wifi. Incredibly comfy bed. Lots of space to stretch out. Nice touches too, like the snacks in the lobby. I felt really happy here. Good location too, easy to walk to the old town. I also liked Fabrika, the restaurant on site. Also cozy and with a great selection of dishes. Also, a big shout out to the housekeeping staff. They made up the room beautifully every day and made me happy to come back at the end of the day. Thank you!

Excellent service from the hotel staff. Really felt like 5-star service. The executive lounge was amazing and regularly serviced by staff with fresh food, drinks and alcohol. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best I’ve ever had, aside from a 5-star hotel I’ve been to in Fiji, but very close in quality and choice. All in all a lovely place to stay and I hope to return soon!

    It was all fabulous! The staff were wonderful and so helpful, and always cheerful and friendly. The breakfast was superb, and so was the meal we had in their restaurant. The room, bathroom and entrance hall were all a nice size and wonderfully well equipped. The view from our fifth floor room was superb looking out to the hills and with beautiful Bratislava Castle in the distance. The Wi-Fi and TV were excellent. We also enjoyed our free one hour in the salt cave. The bus stops right outside the hotel were extremely useful for getting to everywhere we wanted to go, and the buses ran frequently.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends and co-workers. Wifi was very good, but it is not safe for business customers to have a wifi without a password.

    Although i will not able to say anything more about Bratislava because i have lived in Bratislava for 3 years without interruption in the past few year, so generally Bratislava is pretty okay and nice, location and other and but just a few to mentioned here, unlike i said am not new there .     Amazing location and garden, we would recommend to bigger groups, especially in summer. Room for improvement iside: kitchen had no coffee machine; the tea kettle or grill were basically not usable prior cleaning, there were spiders, spider webs and dust in the rooms).

    Pezinok is a very nice place. With very interesting History and architecture. There is some good Restaurant and other locals. Pezinok is good placed on thé road to Bratislava near thé mountain. IS very good as a place for travelling on thé entière area.

    I liked the Nivy area, it's very new and well organised with lots of green areas. There are a lot of shopping opportunities in the centre and around. Lot's of coffee shops and places to eat. The bus station is close by, and it was easy to get to from the Bratislava Airport.

    The apartment is situated on top (5th) floor and no lift/elevator available, which is not indicated in their sales introduction, and we hardly managed our luggage upto the room; shower can easily spill water out of the bathroom which is doorless but open to toilet area; towels are dark colour and rough (see picture); bedding is uncomfortable and quilt/blankets are easily messed up between inside stuff and outer cover(see picture); no napkin tissues are provided on dining table; toilet papers are limited to 2 rolls for 7 days’ stay.

    Nice place. Very busy in the city center. We were only stopping by before heading to Vienna. Another country ticked off the list. Friends from Slovakia recommend hiring a car to see the countryside but we didn't have the time unfortunately

    Lovely old city with beautiful buildings & cobbled streets Every other building in the centre is now a place to eat. We snacked at Orbis & had a lovely meal at the Slovak restaurant You can do lots of walking every day but there are cheap buses, trams & trains for further away We spent hours at the castle as it was a long walk but it felt worth it. We are an older couple & had to watch our feet due to the cobbles.
