I recently stayed at the Grand Plaza Hotel & Congress Center in Ljubljana, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the city center and major attractions. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views of the city. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options catering to all dietary preferences, including vegan and gluten-free. The amenities, especially the fitness center and conference facilities, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Looking forward to staying here again!

Nice cozy hotel. Very clean, there is everything you need for rest and work. Excellent and varied breakfast. Coffee and tea are always available. You can get to the hotel from the center by any taxi at an affordable price, or if you wish, you can walk - about 4 km is not a problem if you have time and desire to walk. There is a shopping center next to the hotel, so everything you need and gifts can be bought nearby. I especially want to mention the friendly and attentive staff. The girl from the reception helped in all necessary situations, helped to order a taxi to aerodrom and prepared breakfast to go in advance when I had a very early check-out. Wonderful hotel, bookmarked to recommend to friends.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Our room was big and neatly decorated. The hotel is located in quiet residential area but busses to city centre operate frequently. The hotel has a large secure parking lot and driving to city centre (Tivoli Park) was very easy and quick. Breakfast was excellent! The staff all spoke very good English and were extremely helpful.

    Thats was exactly what we needed, type of motel to stay over night during our drive. Its very simple, clean and well maintained. Great value for the money. Staff was incredibly helpful. We came late they helped us order food from a nearby restaurant. Dont expect anything fancy, but if you on the road and need to find a good, quite and clean place to stay over night for a reasonable money look no further.

    Hidden gem of Europe. Small and compact and very easy going. Slovenians are some of the nicest people you will meet. A very easy destination to visit and a perfect place to explore Slovenia from - Lake Bled, Lake Bohinj, the Julian Alps etc.

You can relax here, the location is not in the capital but if you want to explore everything you can stay there ... the road is connected to almost all of slovenia. the staff were courteous and friendly. they were very helpful against our needs...     Slovenia is great.

    Slovenia is great. Alps on the east, mediterranean sea on the west, same country, distinctively different climate on each end of the country. Beautiful nature, castles, lovely valleys with rivers and waterfalls, unspeakably beautiful historic castles etc. We stayed in Domzale only, did not go out to the city, but the location is great. Just a stone's throw to the motorway and only 20min to the airport. Very convenient location

    Medvode is a small village at the confluence of the Sava and Sora rivers. Not much to visit in the village itself, but the village is located between Ljubljana and Bled, so it's a good base for traveling around (20 mins from Ljubljana, 30 from Bled, 1h to Bohinj lake.

    Ljubljana is a beautiful city full of life.

    Ljubljana is a beautiful city full of life. When visiting a few days are enough to walk around town, but Ljubljana feels particularly special because it gives of that energy that even though it's quite small, if you live there, there are always things to do and discover. Ljubljana also has beautiful antique shops, used and old book or music shops, which is a lot of fun to explore. From Ljubljana there are a ton of breathtaking places you can visit in slovenia just a bus away, not very far from there.

    Lovely old town and centre with well preserved historic buildings and an imposing Castle looking over the city. The people are friendly and engage with visitors. Excellent choice of riverside bars/restaurants and some interesting museums. Good value pricing.
