One of the best hotel staff and hospitality, especially during the check in and check out. Room is very comfortable and The location quite strategic and very near to the gate of Raudhah. Camping is great for people who want to be closer to nature. The staff also try to be very authentic. The food was great. All the trailers are very well equipped, similar to a hotel room in a 5 superior category hotel, only the space is unfortunately less. It is necessary to improvise a little. Despite everything, an excellent experience. If something is not in the trailer, they provide it for you (ironing board, cooking pot...). Everyone are helpful and attentive. The purpose of camping is socializing between people. Therefore, there are no tables for 2 people. The emphasis is on communication between people. Camping guests can use the swimming pool of the Habitas complex. Just FYI Habitas resort is more or less an Instagram destination. THE CARAVAN BY HABITAS is ALL about authenticity.

From the moment we walked in to reception, we felt welcomed. The reception area and lobby were clean with nice welcoming colours. Saif, the bell boy, was always helpful right until the day we departed. From a quality standards perspective, the hotel called everyday to ask about our stay and if we needed anything. This is just fantastic, it shows the hotel is trying to keep up and improve its quality of service. This is a rare ability and highly commendable. It differentiates the hotel from others. The hotel stands out as one of substance not just show, well done. Our room was clean and had many amenities. The included breakfast was fantastic. From the restaurant staff I interacted with Rohidin from day 1 and he was always smiling and helpful. From day 2 I interacted with Ridwan at the omelette station, who was also a happy and helpful person. The hotel also offered free snacks in the afternoon. This was a surprising but welcome extra benefit. Only one downside to the free snacks is that for people with diabetes the snacks were just like eating pure sugar. If there were some fruit or vegetables from the breakfast menu then it would include more guests. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay welcoming and stress free. InshaAllah you continue in this way and you will go from strength to strength.

    wonderful hotel, one of the best service around the world, staff very very very nice all of them, lived in many 5 star hotels in KSA always some of the staff rude but in this hotel they are incredibly nice nice nice, in my 11th floor, “nabil” was the best eeeeever, when ever you need something he do it in no time every day. the breakfast, tooooo much options, wonderful. many elevators. spacious rooms and toilets location, 10 steps away from nabawi Mosque, in the middle between men and women doors, just perfect for both.

    We stayed at this place for diving, just for one night. Pricing was reasonable, SAR 420 for one night, 2 bedrooms (1 double, 1 triple). Some staff are exceptionally helpful some of exceptionally unhelpful and miserable. Wifi is awful across the premises. The place is clean, spacious. We had 3 AC unit in the room, one was very loud the other two not so bad. There can be lots of noise from stray dogs outside through the night.

    We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

    The ambience of this city is unique.

    The ambience of this city is unique. You probably haven't seen anything like it. Neat, quiet, clean city surrounded by rocky mountains. Lots of historical places to visit - elephant rock, old town, moraya, Hegra, all amazing, picturesque places, like from a storybook. I travelled for a marathon and the route was breath-taking.

    A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

    I stayed 2nd time in this facility.

    I stayed 2nd time in this facility. Last time I gave overall rating 5. But this round my over all experience was good and I gave Rating 8 They improved a lot as compare to last time. I recommend this facility if you are visiting Madinah for any purpose . It is not far from Masjid Al Nabawi hardly 20-25 min walk and you can go by car also.

    The residence was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and featured a cozy Arabic sitting area (majlis), adding a traditional touch. The furniture was plentiful, offering ample storage space for your belongings, and was of excellent quality. The room also included a desk, providing additional convenience. Overall, it offered great value for money.

    Just wanted to add, if possible, to fix the location on booking.com. when I shared the location with the driver through booking.com it took us to another location and had to search again in google. and to also, if possible, to fix the name of the hotel in English. it's not matching the Arabic which was the reason of the confusion in the location. Thank you.

    It is very close to the Prophet's masjid.

    It is very close to the Prophet's masjid. The moment you step out of the hotel the masjid gate is a few steps away. The only disappoint was, though the booking.com says check-in is at 4pm but the hotel reception displayed a board stating it is 6pm. Also the staff are not friendly and proactive. Does not give much attention or care.

    Getting there by car is a long journey from Riyadh. The city has some well developed areas by the royal commission. Those areas are beautiful and clean and well maintained. Rest of the city is very simple and basic. Waterfronts are good and beaches are clean.
