Amazing location - very conveniently located close to airport and rail station. Be mindful Google maps does not reflect the location exactly so if taking a taxi - keep going straight for 200-300 metres from the location google maps takes you to. Great staff, kind hearted team and very accommodating. Bonus is excellent cafe and top notch coffee.

Everything exceeds my wildest expectations. Every staffs were so welcoming, made me feel like home and they look genuinely mean so. The weather was incredibly cooling at night, considering it’s in the middle of a desert. The food was fantastic, and you HAVE to try the spa massage. I will be back very soon with my family :)

This hotel offers great convenience to Masjid Nabawi. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and we have no complaints about it. I highly recommend this hotel. The only minor drawback is that during peak times, you may experience a slightly longer wait for the elevator. However, they do have a well-lit air-conditioned staircase that you can use if you're physically fit. Overall, we had a delightful five-night stay at this hotel.

the best thing was the distance from hotel to Masjid Al Nabvi but don't book hotel just because it nearer to mosque. in photos they have good detail. BUT the quality if beds, smell I the room and bathroom was not pleasant.

We came basically on the trail of Lawrence of Arabia, we were lucky to stay at Retaj Hotel close to the harbor and old quarter that we could easily walk to it as much as we wanted. However it was mid June during Eid ul Adha, shops and visitors attractions were closed, the city was quiet, and the heat and humidity kept us indoors most of our three day visit. Still it was fascinating to be in the city at this time, we didn't see much of Yanbu to make a judgement but we were grateful to make it, as it was our jump off point onwards to Umluj as well. The Yanbu Airport, by the way, was very impressive, and I love the long avenue of fire trees out to the highway. Neat and green landscaping made a great impression for us first time visitors. All in all a memorable visit to this part of Saudi Arabia, before we final exit as expats to start our retirement.

A drive from Jeddah to Al-Ula via Yanbu was excellent. Although was confused of the Speed Limits as many were not following it, | The landscape along the drive was phenominal. Al-Ula as a city was enjoyable with friends and family although it is recommended to visit the city during winters rather than during the summers. Hotels might be expensive so plan & book atleast 2 - 3 months in advance. UNSECO Sites were well maintained, explained and well within the traveling distance. Easy to access and the staff at the visitor centers were friendly and helpfule. They were patiently answering all my queries. Some of the restaurants mentioned on Al-Ula website are a must try although they might be expensive. The ambience and staff performance was excellent. Food was tasty and mouth watering.

A two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located in a nice new neighbourhood close to Al Rashid Mega Mall. The apartment had its own designated parking and was around 10 - 15 minutes drive to Masjid e Nabwi by car. The owner a was a polite gentlemen who took us through the apartment before handing over the keys to us. The apartment also had a massage chair and had everything that you may require including a stacked fridge, an iron and iron board, electric kettle, utensils, crockery and washing machine etc. A definite value for money for 4 - 5 people and highly recommended.

I stayed 2nd time in this facility.

I stayed 2nd time in this facility. Last time I gave overall rating 5. But this round my over all experience was good and I gave Rating 8 They improved a lot as compare to last time. I recommend this facility if you are visiting Madinah for any purpose . It is not far from Masjid Al Nabawi hardly 20-25 min walk and you can go by car also.

The residence was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The room was spacious and featured a cozy Arabic sitting area (majlis), adding a traditional touch. The furniture was plentiful, offering ample storage space for your belongings, and was of excellent quality. The room also included a desk, providing additional convenience. Overall, it offered great value for money.

Just wanted to add, if possible, to fix the location on booking.com. when I shared the location with the driver through booking.com it took us to another location and had to search again in google. and to also, if possible, to fix the name of the hotel in English. it's not matching the Arabic which was the reason of the confusion in the location. It was and exceptional expression, above imagination, beyond expectations. It was spiritually and psychologically refreshing. It was a journey to remember. Nice and serene environment and we're visiting again very soon again. Our favorite place was masjid Al nabawi. Good, kind and selfless people of madinah. May Allah grant every Muslim who wishes to visit madinah the capacity to do so.

Getting there by car is a long journey from Riyadh. The city has some well developed areas by the royal commission. Those areas are beautiful and clean and well maintained. Rest of the city is very simple and basic. Waterfronts are good and beaches are clean.
