Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. The food is delicous, the spa is great, heated pools, sauna always ready at any hour in the schedule. The room is cosy, clean and well equiped. Congrats for the great job you are doing!

The owners are excellent hosts, they did everything to accommodate our small group of 6: they put tables together and kept them like this until the end of our stay, they let us use the glasses and other kitchen facilities outside of the kitchen opening hours, they took the time to explain the best sightseeing locations. The food was good, varied and also with local products. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms are well equipped and very stylish.

Location was perfect. There is free parking with plenty of space for your cars at the back in the inside courtyard. It has a Profi (grocery store) within a few meters of the hotel. There are plenty of other restaurants around the hotel and it is opposite a small park, great for small children to play in while you stay. You walk up the hill to the citadel, fairly steep on cobble stone roads, it takes about 5 minutes to walk up from the hotel to the top. The room was big and spacious, it has air conditioning, which was very beneficial on the warm days, and needed as the room can be stuffy at night. They have a mini fridge, modern bathroom which is spacious with strong water pressure and hot water. They have a buffet breakfast with varied options of eggs, (boiled, fried, scrambled, omelet) cold meets, bacon, vegetables, fruits and a tea and coffee machine.

The hotel is above 3 stars level, actually it's 4 stars level! The rooms were new or renovated, very nice! The breakfast was very good and rich, the spa center of the hotel was superb but you could use also the spa center of Ensana (former Danubius) Hotel if you used the underground tunnel. All in all it was a perfect stay in a perfect location, for sure we will come again.

Everything is gorgeous and was above our expectations!!! Great convenient location, yet quiet on the heights. Lake Ursu and the gorgeous huge park 1 minute walk, Restaurants 2 minutes walk, Lots of attractions and places to go and easy access! Great steam room and pool, game room, great rooms and breakfast!     The room was nice, the bed very comfortable. It's got a great view on the front side (as it's at the top of a hill) and a quiet area on the back side. All rooms have a balcony with a table, 2 chairs and a clothes drying rack. Nice room design. It's great for families with children, as there is a relaxing zone and a spa. There are 2 parking lots: one in front (for about 10-12 cars ) and one at the back (for 4-5 cars).

    Well built, well maintained building. The staff are professionally trained and extremely attentive and polite. The spa is great, not crowded at all, the salt water bath is exceptional. The music there is fitting too. The rooms are spacious, clean and elegant. Beds were confortable and the curtains blocked out all light, which is the way I prefer to sleep. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend.

    We went to SIghisoara to visit the Citadel and the old town...

    We went to SIghisoara to visit the Citadel and the old town and one day 2 nights was enough as we had visited Viscri, where King Charles has the house. Also Biertan and Medias and Biertan Fortified Churches on the way from Poiana Brasov. Also visited the Orthodox Church which is ver interesting.

    Its a beautiful city in the heart of Transylvania which has a rich history and cultural background, with architecture that reflects this. Its situated on both sides of the Mures river and as such is predisposed to thick fog, and high degree of moisture. The city revolves around its medical university and facilities. The traffic is a complete chaos the first time you get there with narrow streets and difficult rush hours.

    Sovata was above my expectations! We loved the touristic area nearby the lakes. Also the food is delicious at Kali Restaurant! A friend recommended us this restaurant and we ended being a huge fan, eating each day there.

    Is nice place, nice people, good food, Hotel Praid is in the center of Praid, the breakfast is very good, the staf is very friendly, the rooms are very clean.The restaurant Andrei and Denis is very good food and the staf is very friendly. I recommend this place!

    We had lunch at Tiltott Csiki Söröző & Étterem @ Szászrégen / Reghin, that was our best gastronomy experience during our trip to Transylvania. However, there are very rural and abandoned parts of Reghin, you might avoid. We stayed there because it seemed a good place to stop during our way back to Hungary. Our accomodation Pensiunea Blanca was the best choice, mostly recommended.

    We booked for 2 kids and 2 adults. The room is spacious with 2 toilets, one with the bath. Has a king sized bed and a sofa bed wich they opened for us and it was enough for another 2 person. The room had a majestic feel with high sealing and settings. Everything was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay.

    Danes is a nice, quiet village.

    Danes is a nice, quiet village. For us it was excellent because we wanted to discover the fortified evangelical churches in the area (there's one in Danes too, but we found it closed and didn't had the chance to search for whoever has the key - there's nothing special, that's how it is most of the times). Overall I can't say Danes is amazing - the whole area is and would deserve more tourists.

    Very nice town, a lot to do, great views, I recommend spending a day walking around, visiting museums, churches, Dracula investigation places, climbing the hill (covered staircase), visiting the clock tower at 12 and enjoying some Romanian food.

    The food was excellent.

    The food was excellent. The people were welcoming even though they didn't seem to get many English tourists. There were some old buildings to see and many restaurants to go to which were well priced. I also enjoyed the meal of the day idea, which meant you got to try a selection of local food.

    Nice place surrounded by the forest, the water in the Black Lake and the Bear Lake is salted, warm and wonderful, the terrace Boema is very nice with live music and the people ar dancing on the dance floor, good food, a lot of souvenirs shops with hand crafts, very kind people. I recomand Sovata like a very beautiful destination for vacation!
