A highly recommended vacation house, with excellent value for money! Looking even better than in the pictures. Big bedrooms, big bathrooms fully equipped, big living room, big kitchen really fully equipped, and a big yard with barbecue facilities and a nice place to stay in the shadow. The hosts were so nice, helping us with info regarding the sight seeing, etc., even helping us buy local products!. In addition they provided us with a small welcome package, a very appreciated gesture indeed!
And what's the most amazing is that they have a small dog, so nice and so joyful, ready to play all the time with the guests. Which in fact we did every evening :-). However if you are not the kind that like pets you can leave him locked in the backyard and he will not bother you.

The room was clean and quite big. The balcony and the view was superb.
The location is good if you plan a hike to Cheile Turzii or you want a quiet getaway from the city.

There is not much to do in Cheia, but it is a good...
There is not much to do in Cheia, but it is a good connection point to other points of interest - Cheile Turzii and the other mountain trails in the area, Ciucaș Waterfall. It's a simple village, the residents have farm animals and grow vegetables and fruits in their yards, so it's the perfect place to escape the city noise and immerse yourself in nature.
