SingaporeStaff - very helpful, friendly, ever-ready to assist whenever needed, cheerful. she even took the initiative to ask us where we were heading in the morning, which trails, and whether we needed any help. we also booked a half-day tour with cameron secrets through them, and it was really smooth and easy. she took our names down, settled payment, and the next morning when we were at the lounge, she came in to let us know when our driver had arrived.
Facilities - very clean and nice. common pantry area in the cabin is clean, well-equipped, with free tea and coffee, kettle, sink, cutlery, cooking equipment, fridge (we could put the strawberries we had bought inside!), knife (so we could cut the fruits we had bought), water dispenser. the lounge is really cosy, quiet, comfy, good vibes all around. one afternoon we were originally planning to hang out at a cafe in the town center, but because the guesthouse lounge was so comfy, we ended up spending the whole afternoon there! the toilets are also super clean, dry, superb.
Room is basic, comfy, clean - floor is tiled so gets a bit cold, so you'll need to bring your own slippers or socks to wear indoors.
Location - really good! a chill 7 min walk from the town center, bus terminal, food places, etc. Very convenient to walk over for meals and everything!
