- From US$110.04 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 52 reviewsEverything about this property was a 10/10. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated, the common areas are clean and comfortable, and the restaurant is excellent (breakfast is included, they also serve lunch and dinner for around $12). What really sets this guest house apart is the staff, who are incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Huge thank you to Karthik for taking care of all domestic transportation arrangements! There are bikes for guests to use around the island, and the guest house offers various excursions such as diving and snorkeling. The dive center connected to the hotel is exceptional, with high quality equipment. Massive shout of to Appi for being the best dive instructor and leading some amazing dives! One thing to note is that the property is close to the airport, so you can occasionally hear background noise when in the common areas. However, it’s very minimal and the rooms stay quiet, so the value for money and quality of service makes it more than worth it. Highly recommend making Blue World a stop (or your final destination!) in the Maldives.Guest review byLilianaUnited States
- From US$314.03 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 73 reviewsThe hotel is right on the beach, and the beach is lovely. Calm inlets to snorkel and swim, powdery white sand, palm trees for shade. As a scuba diver, I really appreciated the Liquid Salt dive center affiliated with the hotel. It made arranging my dive trips effortless, and the dive masters were lovely. Some of the best diving I've done. The hotel is not at all pretentious, just...comfortable and welcoming. They have several lounging areas with soft chairs and bean bags, a library of take-one-leave-one books, and board games. I happened to finish the book I brought while there, and swapped it for another. I have foods I can't eat, and the chef was very accommodating, making me customized meals and really taking care of me. It made such a difference since I was there during Ramadan and the few outside restaurants were mostly closed. After Aveyla I transferred to another island for a different diving experience, but I didn't like it nearly as much. I wish I had stayed! And if/when I come back to Maldives, I will choose Aveyla again.Guest review byLaurieUnited States
- From US$651.98 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 60 reviewsWe stayed in March 2025 — everything was perfect. The island is small but very picturesque and well-maintained. We stayed in a beach villa with a private pool — surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful scenery and a sense of complete privacy. Right across from our villa was a golf simulator, which we used several times since we enjoy playing golf. The main restaurant pleasantly surprised us — the food was tasty and varied. Among the à la carte options, the Japanese restaurant was our favorite. We dined there several times, and the dishes were truly outstanding. The spa was also a highlight — the massage was absolutely amazing and deeply relaxing. Special thanks to the staff — polite, attentive, and very detail-oriented. We were left with only the best impressions of our stay.Guest review byKseniiaUnited Arab Emirates
- From US$2,760.32 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 91 reviewsThis was our second stay at this property with a few years between… and Milaidhoo is even better now than when it first opened. The staff were exceptional. The food was impeccable, wonderfully highlighting Maldivian cuisine amongst a range of international dishes. The wine list holds its own against any Michelin starred restaurant, featuring the best wines of the new and old world. The resort reef is an absolute pleasure to snorkel or dive, and it’s within a few meters of the beach! Unlike many other reefs in SE Asia and the Pacific, there is no pollution here. We had some very heavy downpours during our stay over NYE but the staff accommodated, adapted and moved the events under cover without missing a beat. Simply exceptional.Guest review byAnuschirawanAustralia

We liked almost everything.
We liked almost everything. Our vacation was relaxing and beautiful. The beach was perfect, with soft almost white sand and warm, clear blue water. The bungalow was was really cozy with sun set view. Snorkeling we saw sharks, turtles, so many amazing small fishes. And they were almost near our place. We had wonderful neighbors and made new friendships.Guest review byDaniela AntonovaSpain - 10.0

Expected Dharavandoo just to be a transit island with it's airport traveling to a resort nearby. We had chosen to spend a few days in the Biosphere guesthouse. The charming guesthouse itself, the wonderfull staff and the range of activities made us extend our stay with a few days. It's the perfect startingpoint for alot of affordeable (water) activities and also the island has alot to offer (inc nice beaches, snorkling spot's, sports- and playgrounds, restaurant (Krill is recomended!),... We spent new year's eve where the islands council arranges a memorable big party for tourists and residents.Guest review byC_OutriggerBelgium - 10.0
The beach is so clean without any plastics wastes and trash.
The beach is so clean without any plastics wastes and trash. The sand bank is so beautiful and waters are coming with so amazing colors. I believe everyone traveled to Fulhadhoo was amazed by its beauty and tranquility. I do wish Fulhadhoo keeps its identity as exquisite, exclusive and pure inhabited islands open for travelers without increasing any unnecessary commercials. Just one thing for this island, the East sand band is soooo beautiful with its own serenity but I don’t understand why almost every day someone is burning rubber trash nearby which makes the sunrise time and mid-noon amazing waters time so unpleasant.Guest review by鲁西西China - 10.0

Maalhos is the ultimate getaway for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Nestled in the Maldives, it offers breathtaking views that will make you want to linger forever. The island is a hidden gem, perfect for those seeking tranquility. Picture-perfect beaches stretch out before you, inviting you to unwind and soak in the natural beauty. The wild forest adds a sense of adventure, giving you the chance to explore and connect with nature in its purest form. The vibrant reef is a must-see, and it’s easily accessible right from the shore—perfect for snorkelers or anyone keen on diving into the rich marine life. What truly stands out about Maalhos, though, is the local community. The people are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to lend a helping hand. Their warmth and hospitality add a special touch that truly makes you feel at home. If you're after a peaceful escape, stunning scenery, and a welcoming community, Maalhos is the place to be. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking an idyllic, laid-back retreat!Guest review byPetya ValkovaBulgaria - 8.0

Fehendoo is beautiful but it is very remote and not much to do on the island. It is great for relaxing and having downtime. Definitely do snorkeling and scuba if you can. The fishing wasn't what I expected. It was more like going out and watching a local fisherman fish. The island is very small. You can walk it but bikes were the best way to get around. I wouldn't take small children. It would be best for a secluded adult getaway.Guest review byJasonUnited States - 10.0

Transfer disaster, we waited 3 hours instead of 1 hour after a very long journey. The beach is protected by sandbags, pieces of which can be found everywhere in the sea and on the beach. Waste water is released into the ocean, the reef is completely destroyed. Garbage is burned on the island, so it's smoky and stinky.Guest review byFodorHungary - 10.0
A beautiful island, lovingly maintained.
A beautiful island, lovingly maintained. Despite its age, it is in very good condition, clean and comfortable. We lived in room 222 - cozy and cool. Professional and friendly staff. All issues are resolved promptly and kindly. The food is beyond praise, a real culinary show. The reefs are alive, with diverse wildlife: sharks, turtles and fish. Nice live music. Special thanks to manager Nipun for his warm and professional support.Guest review byAngelikaLuxembourg - 10.0
Amazing stay for one day after diving livaboard trip.
Amazing stay for one day after diving livaboard trip. Walking around was really relaxing as this island is QUIET! Personal highlights were playing volleyball with the locals (free court with lights, started at 9 and we went on until midnight!). Also Coral Boutique is a must visit - blue whale bones, and owner is super interesting to talk to! Don't leave the island without visiting the store! DFC for food is a must.Guest review byBogga SnrUnited Kingdom - 10.0
