Apart from the beautifully decorated Palazzo, the rooms with a wonderful view and the decor in every part of the hotel, we were greeted so beautifully by Max and his colleague. Max is exceptional in every aspect and is a great asset to the hotel. He is very welcoming, kind, social, attentive and a great listener. My mother really enjoyed this mini break and my dog was treated like a king! 👑 Thank you very much for an amazing stay, and I look forward to coming again!

The hotel had only opened two weeks ago and everything was modern and new. Our room was spacious, with lots of storage space, the bathroom brand new and the mattress ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The breakfast was decent. The area where the hotel is located is quiet. The staff was very kind and cooperative. We recommend it!

One of the best places we have booked so far. Very clean, nice design, and great attention to details. The host left us a lot of goodies that we ate for breakfast. The rooftop terrace was impressive. Parking was maybe 100m from the house.

The location was perfect. Tony and everybody we met at BOCO was a joy. It really is a special place. The breakfast sets you up for the day, the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you require and the roof terrace is a perfect way to end your day. A great great boutique hotel. If you are in the Three Cities or Valetta area, you will not find a better place to stay. We are so happy we stayed there. It made our stay in Malta very special. We have stayed in the Appartement for a Werk in February and it was really amazing. The check in is very easy with a key box so you're really flexible. We Just travelled by bus and no car but the flat was very easy to reach and there are a lot of buses. Howard, the owner of the Appartement, was very kind and checked in several times if we need something. When we had a little problem he arrived in unser 10 mins to help us and got it fixed! :) The kitchen was very well equiped for cooking during our stay and having dinner with that view was just amazing. You can also see ships coming in and leaving the Harbour which is great to observe. The flat was very very clean and we had a lot of towles to use. There is a washing machine in the bathroom which makes it even more easy. We would 100 percent come back again :)

We stayed in this apartment while being in Birgu, Malta, with a private bathroom. Everything was spotless, beautifully arranged, and the bed was extremely comfortable with fresh linens. We also enjoyed the cozy balcony. It was perfect for our two-to-three-day stay!
