Approx. 35 hotels in 5 years and this is the first one to get a 10. Hands down. Room: Spacious, very light because of the 4 glass ceiling-to-ground sliding doors. I had a room with sea view and could enjoy the sunrise to the fullest. Very comfortable queen size bed. Very clean. A compact bathroom (Small would sound negative) which was very clean as well. Also enough thick bed linen in the closet to keep you warm in case of very cold nights. Staff: All very friendly and working hard. Breakfast: Clean and bright restaurant with plenty of food to choose from. Hotel: Located in the heart of the action on walking distance from the old Portuguese city, the beach and other places to be/see. The hotel has a rooftop bar from which you can enjoy the view. The food was a real highlight, especially the oysters, which were some of the best I’ve had. The whole place has a great atmosphere. And the live music at night really brings it to life. Contrary to other reviews, we loved the laid back and friendly vibe in El Jadida. The streets and roadside gardens were clean and neat. The Portuguese walls and village within were fabulous. Lastly, there were lots of very reasonable little restaurants.Guest review bySallySouth Africa - 10.0

Feels a bit like undiscovered St Tropez. Beautiful, striking views, nature, bird watching. Unfortunately, the way they cooked fish at most places was not up to par for us. The portuguese fortification on the seashore was spectacular.There is a wonderful beach nearby. Far less foreign tourists than other places.
