Very friendly hosts, we went to the morning safari and Sambadh (hope it’s the right spelling) cared for us all the time and even prepared lunch when we came back, food was really good.

Our stay was 1 of the best in Sri Lanka. We enjoyed the true family atmosphere. Our hosts took care of us in every aspect (they organized transport to and from the venue, safari trip, delicious local meals,...). When we came from the safari, they brought us to another crocodile watching spot. It was amazing. The driver is really nice person, best driver, we met in Sri Lanka. The car was comfortable with A/C. The apartment had a nice balcony with a beautiful view to the Bundala park. It was modestly equipped, but very clean and cosy. Thanks to our hosts we got oportunity to attend a local budhist festival.

It is a simple hotel that does everything it needs. The host makes a delicious buffet lunch every day. I used this hotel because I had to get up early in the morning to go to Bundala National Park.

The location was picturesque, staff was super friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the stay was really comfortable with all the comforts that you'd expect in any good hotel. The hotel is run by a wonderful family. The owner is very helpful, doing everything himself, from garden maintenance to delicious lunches and dinners. The host organized a safari tour for us upon arrival, got up early in the morning, set off and served breakfast. I really want to wish such people success. The location is great, quiet and peaceful, you can walk to the town center and the ocean. Great pool with sun loungers.

The owners made our whole stay as they were extremely dedicaded to make our stay confortable and relaxing. The common area and garden is beyond beautiful and gives you The perfect relaxation and calmness. The breakfast and food was delicious and we could also have Dinner and Lunch in case we wanted to stay in. Our Personal Highlight were The crocodiles in the pond in the garden where the owner woke us up to feed them. They really took care of everything and made us feel at home. We would definetly come back!

An exceptional stay! The hotel is brand new, with stunning architecture and interior design. The food was absolutely incredible ! We had misunderstood and thought the pool was available to all guests, but it is actually reserved for the private villa. The owner went above and beyond to make up for our disappointment by offering us a safari tour in a gorgeous Land Rover Defender, with a very kind and knowledgeable guide. Every request we had was taken care of immediately by the amazing team — so friendly, attentive, and helpful. I truly recommend this place without hesitation, and I already can’t wait to come back and stay in the villa next time! A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable experience!
