This is such an awesome hotel. It is in a peaceful location near the forest, given the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. The staff are so kind and friendly and always have a smile to greet you with. The rooms are clean and modern with all the facilities you will need. They even deliver a facial scrub to your room daily (they did whilst I was there). The drinks at the bar are amazing. The food in the restaurant and breakfast were good too (although I’m not a big breakfast eater). It’s not far from the 2 malls.

Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way.     I checked in at 5.30am with a flight the same afternoon while on a layover. The staff were great - let me check in for the day for the same price, have breakfast and the room for the day and pay upon checkout - just what I needed to get some rest. The room was super comfortable and secure. Food was great and the bar overlooking the park was lovely. I went next door and chilled by the pool on the rooftop for an hour and was the perfect layover - was very grateful to have went there and would recommend and stay again.

    Really enjoyed this place. Very near Wilson airport and the bus stations. Great room with bath, good staff, really nice rest with fireplace and excellent affordable food. Also enjoyed the heated pool and steam room. Front gate security and private property also bonuses. Excellent value overall

    Different to my prior travelling experiences, however once I settled in and became more familiar with locals customs and found the basic services, so I grew to really like Nairobi. The climate, the weather is sensational, overall the people are generally very friendly and welcoming. The fact that pretty much all speak very good English, simply makes the stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable.

    Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

    Safety is the best of Karen.

    Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

    Nairobi Kenya 🇰🇪 is a great city , the capital city of Africa, for entrepreneurs like me I see it as the silicon savannah of Africa! The city has everything u need for your comfort while traveling for business or personal holiday. The only thing you need to be careful with is ask prices upfront, then bargain if u can , don't pay for anything until u see and touch it , even hotel rooms... You have to see first and feel the vibe . Use reputable companies like Uber for transportation if u haven't hired personal vehicle, it's easier to report them through the App than just random guys , lastly don't walk around downtown alone at night , u might lose your items . Overall people are kind and welcoming, enjoy your stay 🛫✈️🏝️

    Definitely one of the better countries and cities in Africa. Some parts of Nairobi is so well developed one get the feeling one is in some parts of Europa/East Asia. The people are very polite and friendly.
