One of the best places I have ever stayed. The house and garden are very clean, the food and wine are delicious. The staff are very nice and always smiling, they will help you with anything. You can swim in the pool, sunbathe in the garden. There is a high level of security in the accommodation and in the area, even if you are travelling alone. The house is very cosy and homely. From the moment we were at the gate of the hotel, the staff greeted us with a lovely warm welcome, plenty of information and such warmth. We were accomodated with any request we had and with top class customer service. Our room offered spectacular views over Nairobi, was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The pool and gym facilities were spotless and very inviting. Our lunch was so delicious and all of the staff were so lovely. Siphrah who looked after us for dinner and cocktails was so lovely and engaging and was the best host. The best latte macchiato in Kenya was had two days in a row. The takeaway breakfast for our early morning flight was the best offering we have ever had - and packaged so nicely!! Highly recommend for any stays in Nairobi.

The entire apartment was luxurious and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with good quality utensils and top of the line equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were spotless. The property is very well maintained and the staff are wonderful. The location is great as well, yaya centre right next door has a lot of great restaurants and places to shop for curios that are significantly cheaper than the curio shops along the highway. Would definitely go back whenever I visit Nairobi again.

    Nairobi is a bigger city than I expected.

    Nairobi is a bigger city than I expected. Getting around during off peak times is reasonable easy, however it can be quite busy during peak times. Getting through the international airport can be a painful experience as you have to get out of the car and go through security as you get to the main gate to the airport. You then have to scan all your luggage, remove belts etc. as you enter the terminal, check in, go through immigration and then go through full security again.

    I liked the smart apartment, fast wifi, clean and secure environment around which gves you peace of mind during your stay, close proximity to all amenities, i.e shopping mall, hospitals, restaurants, airport, Narobi game park, etc. The only advise is to travel before peak hour as the traffic will be slow.

    Safety is the best of Karen.

    Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

I was overcharged extra money [Ref:AB22D31B0F23: Dear , MPESA Paybill transfer of KES 5592 to NCBA Paybill Account-488488 and account 3227370026 was successful.MPESA Ref:RLM0WDR2KG.Price was hiked immediately we arrived at the facility. The duvets had human discharge.Dirty stain . Am sorry I can't recommend anyone for this kind customer mismanagement entity. Booked one bed room house bt got a airbnb, this was just a surprise to me.

    Different to my prior travelling experiences, however once I settled in and became more familiar with locals customs and found the basic services, so I grew to really like Nairobi. The climate, the weather is sensational, overall the people are generally very friendly and welcoming. The fact that pretty much all speak very good English, simply makes the stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable.

    Syokimau is a great place to stay, especially for families who have kids, there's easy access to almost everything, supermarkets minimarkets, hospital and clinics, petrol station, everything needed for household can be gotten around. Just that the road (KAtani road) was very busy when I stayed because another road was being fixed so everyone had to use Katani road.

    Nairobi Kenya 🇰🇪 is a great city , the capital city of Africa, for entrepreneurs like me I see it as the silicon savannah of Africa! The city has everything u need for your comfort while traveling for business or personal holiday. The only thing you need to be careful with is ask prices upfront, then bargain if u can , don't pay for anything until u see and touch it , even hotel rooms... You have to see first and feel the vibe . Use reputable companies like Uber for transportation if u haven't hired personal vehicle, it's easier to report them through the App than just random guys , lastly don't walk around downtown alone at night , u might lose your items . Overall people are kind and welcoming, enjoy your stay 🛫✈️🏝️

    The place is spotless and neat. It has fast WiFi and a nice desk to work. Also comes with smart tv with Netflix and the bathroom is excellent and modern. The place is surrounded with a beautiful well kept garden creating a serene environment. It is close to all amenities I.e Gateway mall, hospitals, night clubs, JKIA International airport and is even close to Nairobi national park. It also comes with a well kitted kitchenette with microwave & fridge. Home away from home. Fantastic room accessible via elevator with 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
