- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 117 reviewsBeautiful property with very warm thoughtful touches. You receive little gifts each day in your room that are unique to the hotel and it is little things like this which make a cosy and lovely stay. Staff is amazing, especially Gabriella at reception who’s exceptionally helpful and considerate. Food is great and while I’m not usually one to stay in hotels for meals, we actually had dinner at Lupaia almost every night during our stay as they have a different menu by the day (pancakes at breakfast are also a must try!), and each and every one was very very good. I also took with me my wedding dinner gown (my wedding was a few days before my stay here) which had to be cleaned, and the staff was kind enough to offer to do some delicate washing for me (I forgot the girl’s name but she was an absolute star and delight!) and my gown came back in perfect condition as she was so careful with it. All in all, it was an amazing hotel with beautiful structure and surroundings, super warm staff and personal touches. Would not hesitate to book again when I revisit Tuscany!Guest review byCherryHong Kong
- From £92.72 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very good - What previous guests thought, 3,270 reviews1. The choice of accommodation was excellent. The view from the accommodation was the most beautiful in the world. 2. The size of the room is really big. It is more than twice the size of an average hotel. 3. The hotel staff are friendly and treat everything wholeheartedly. 4. The location of the hotel is a bit secluded, but this is not a problem at all. Rather, because it was high up, I was able to see a truly beautiful view of the Val d'Orcia Plain.Guest review byeunjinSouth Korea

This trip was only a week, but I have stayed here twice before for 3-4 weeks each time. I don't rent a car (but that is a good option). Instead, I use the local buses. The bus to Chuisi is frequent, and from Chuisi you can catch the train to Firenze, Rome, or elsewhere. There are lots of Etruscan museums in the area.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Pienza is a fantastic hilltop town with wonderful views over the Val D'Orcia valley. It has wonderful streets, restaurants, and historical sites to explore. My morning coffee and croissant in Piazza Magiore will stay in my memory for a long time. You have to go back there and basta :)Guest review byPawełPoland - 6.0
Beautiful Tuscan town.
Beautiful Tuscan town. But the two main churches are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, if you can believe it... Better stay in Peinza or Montepulciano. But Sant'Antimo Abbey, 10 kms away, is a world wonder.Guest review byChristopheFrance - 10.0

We visited many around the area and SAN Quirico had the best in every way!!Guest review byPatriciaAustralia - 10.0

Bagno Vignoni is a small, beautiful town.
Bagno Vignoni is a small, beautiful town. The first time we experience the thermal pool instead the Market Square. Around there are small restaurants with typica Tuscany dishes and typical Italian service kindness. Nearby there are thermal lakes and a lot of wineries with a good San Giovese vine.Guest review byKristofPoland - 10.0

Monticchiello is a great hill top village to stay overnight when travelling through Tuscany. Beautifully quiet in the evening but with a number of restaurants to choose from to suit all tastes. We ate at Osteria Fra Paolino which was exceptional and proved to be the best meal of the 2 weeks we spent travelling from Rome through Tuscany to Florence.Guest review bymargaretUnited Kingdom - 10.0
