Everything! Wonderful room with private bathroom. Check-in instructions was excellent and we could do earlier check-in which was much appreciated. The room and bathroom was VERY clean. Coffee machine with capsules. Small little terrace with a built-in seat just outside the door of the room - was wonderful to sit and have coffee there in the morning! Excellent location in Faicchio. Quiet enviroment during the evening - slept very well. Everything in the room is of a very good quality! Thank you for a wonderful overnight in Faicchio.

Beautiful property, one of the best I have ever stayed in. The hosts were amazing. Gian Franco and Celeste made my wife and I and our 2 young boys feel so welcome and comfortable. Room was so perfect and the breakfast was outstanding. We really did not want to leave!
