The rooms are practically furnished, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen equipment is adequate. The beach can be reached either on foot in about 15 minutes or by car. Guests receive a ticket for beach access, including two loungers and an umbrella, for free. The sandy beach is stunning, miles long, and clean. There are free, secured parking spaces directly at the resort. For stays of more than three nights, a cleaning service is offered every two days, with towels changed and beds made. The surroundings are very quiet, with a nighttime quiet period starting at 10:30 PM. The Wi-Fi also worked very well. The reception is nice and accommodating, and check-in and check-out are uncomplicated. There are some excellent restaurants in Tirrenia. Location of the property. You should have a car to roam around if you are staying at this property. Plenty of walking options around the beach. good restaurants near by. Hotel restaurant has limited varieties. morning breakfast is minimal. they charge you 8Euro for omelette which is nonsense to my view. you cannot say breakfast included and add some addons to it to loot people instead of serving better food. Staff need to be trained to serve customers better. if you want to be truly international, you need to come out of that aggressive talking to customer ( may be Italian nature).Guest review byAnonymous - 8.0

The city of Marina di Pisa itself is not so much worth seeing, but the beach is amazing for a suburb of Pisa. The water is so clean and blue, we really enjoyed. There are also very good restaurants in Marina di Pisa and excellent ice cream. I can recommend the restaurant "C'era una volta" which is close to the hotel. Tirrenia is a nice beach city close to Pisa and Livorno. The city seems to be more a holiday destination and I guess it is more and more crowdy in summer than in winter. It s close by Livorno ferry harbor which is very convenient place to stay if you have an early boarding (15 minutes) . Strange place. Strange beaches. Sidewalk on one side is in complete chaos, you can easily fall down and break your leg. But food in the restaurant was nice.
