Exceptional staff, brand new and high class hotel with stylish furniture. Really high quality exceptional food. Impeccable service, always available, super friendly and highly professional. We were quite positively surprised by this hotel and team. We want to especially thank Giulia for the great guest experience, she made our stay memorable with her professionalism and kindness. Also a big shoutout to the chef and restaurant staff for surprisingly high standard and delicious food. There is a private pool on the property with comfortable sunbeds and shower. The hotel is Beach front, but with a nature beach. But you can stay at the beach club just in front of the hotel for a reasonably priced day price.

The hotel was having amazing relaxing atmosphere. This is the place without kids where you can find truly rest. Breakfast was delicious! Sweet or salt with a big choice of delicious food. The staff were all so welcoming and helpful The bed was super comfy The restaurant food and service was excellent The pool was lovely and the only thing here is there isn’t a rail to get in / out for accessibility but staff were always helpful if needed for my husband accessing / egressing the pool as we’re so many guests a very special thanks to Matteo the general manager who was so helpful and wanted to ensure my husband who travels with a mobility scooter had the best possible facilities and offered us room choices Matteo is always very visible each day wandering and speaking to guests All staff were lovely but other special thanks to those who always went above and beyond are Antonio in the restaurant , Francesco at the bar and Alvin in entertainments and activities The swimming pool was lovely and never felt very crowded My husband uses a travel mobility scooter and it was all accessible We would definitely return

The kindness and friendliness of the staff was super exceptional and they went out of their way to assist/help us when we needed and the food served in the evening was top notch and of very high quality with very fresh ingredients. The location was amazing very peaceful,quiet and lovely mountain views.

Salvatore and Maximo were beyond great as hosts. They acted as interlocutor with our competent taxi driver. Both were extremely attentive and kind. I heartily endorse this hotel. It provided first class service ten times as good as hotels considered to be the best of Italy!
