The room was comfortable, well-decorated, clean and spacious. It was very relaxing to stay here while being so close to all the attractions of the center. The smart furniture choice made life so much easier than other hotels. Each member of the staff we encountered were so nice starting from Antonio at the reception. Polite and smiling. There is a lot of great things to comment. The top is the SPA area and specifically the staff in the SPA. Very friendly, service oriented and professional. The Building itself is fantastic. Last but not least the front desk staff and the consigner staff is really friendly and professional. Can highly recommend to stay at this hotel :-)

Our superior room was exceptionally finished, extremely comfortable and very very clean. The bed linen, towels and robes were of excellent quality. Great detail has been executed to provide their guests with a feel good experience. Checking in and out and parking was made easy by the hotel. The terrazze bar and breakfast facilities were in keeping of the excellent standard provided. Definitely in one if our top five hotels visited.     Exceptional staff: Got a parking fine in error and the solved it themselves with local authorities while I was already on my way home. Breakfast is also great and healthy. Finally: Bike storage is only accessible by pushing the bike through the play room for children. And yes, it was dirty on the trails, we tried our best, but never someone complaining. Just very fast and responsive cleaners there.... really top!

    Splendid large flat with beautiful balcony overlooking the beach. Hotel is right on the beach and also has a large swimming pool with sunbeds. Breakfast was to order in advance, chosing a time slot and everything delivered promptly on a tray. The bed was made and bathroom cleaned every morning.

    Genova is an interesting city.

    Genova is an interesting city. Now, you can find lots of info on the internet, so I will not repeat. What I find interesting about Genova is the upper parts of it (up hill) and those areas outside the Old Town and the port - those two are nice but classic touristy places. I would like to go back to the city for a longer time, to have time to explore those "real city" areas.

    La Spezia is a great town-lots of great shops, restaurants and bars for aperitivo. Very walkable and people very friendly. Perfect jumping point for access to Cinque Terre. We found it a perfect balance using Cinque Terre card and taking train in daily. More affordable and more active later in the evening so ideal for our trip.

    Sanremo city itself is very disappointing. Streets and sea promenade are very dirty, stinky and overcrowded, sea is green, polluted, swimming caused allergies on my skin. The air in the city is extremely polluted as well: a lot of bikes and cars, very stressful. Food in the restaurants is not tasty, average, in some of them it is impossible to eat at all. I don't recommend to visit Sanremo to anyone, because it is waste of money, spoiled vacation, for a crazy big price.

    Monterosso al Mare is kept very clean and we felt safe. Nice walking paths and many restaurants and shops to see. Even though it is a beach town, you don't see many children. It's more of a romantic adult getaway spot. Restaurants are small and most seating is on the patio. Many cannot accommodate strollers or parties greater than 4.

    Rapallo was charming.

    Rapallo was charming. Beautiful historical center with a nice choice of restaurants. We found it easy to get to Cinque Terra by train. We also traveled to Porta Fino by bus and returned by ferry - both were very scenic trips.

    We loved the beach which was directly across the road. We ate at the beach and it was good food. We mostly stayed at the beach most of the day and we appreciated the parking at the hotel. We loved playing in the water and just relaxing at the beach for the day. The hotel was a convenient location and was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful.

    Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Portofino. Relaxed and laidback. Promenade with lots of restaurants. Great beach. Ferry or bus to other villages. Feels Italian, not as pricey and touristy as Portofino.

    Lovely town with many shops, restaurants and plenty to do. The beach and the sea looked very inviting even in winter! Easy to walk around and we found it very easy to visit nearby towns using trains which are reasonably priced and comfortable. Not easy to park near the centre, but there are several car parks for a reasonable hourly rate.

    I really enjoyed the beach at levanto and the night life was exciting, every evening the had organised some kind of a event . The most exciting part was the bicycle ride along the galerie levanto- bonassola. Also the punta della madonna ( chiesetta madonnino della punta ) was reachable with a cycle. Anyone should walk along ( hike) through the sentiero levanto- monterosso.

    The best on the Cinque Terre villages in our opinion. Plenty of restaurants to choose from or takeways to sit in the harbour and eat plus bars. No cover charges like the other resorts we visited. Great atmosphere. The Cinque Terre is overpriced in general not just for food/drink but also the tourist tax/ train tickets/ walking trails etc. but as long as you know this it is a lovely place so you need to tick the area off your list
