Welcoming of the staff was to the next level. The interaction with the staff is critical for a customer, even more than the facility itself and can make a change to the entire experience. Andrea at our welcoming and Giovanna at the reception made the entire staying wonderful. They are the best. Kudos to them. Very well run, very clean, collected and taken back to the airport 10 euros each way. View. Breakfast excellent provided that an Englishman should't expect to find edible scrambled eggs!!! More fool me for forgetting! I'd come back if I could work out if there is a time when restaurants are open but the sun doesn't burn your ears off. As my intention was to visit and explore the lovely island of Lampedusa, it was a great success.

Could not have asked for a better holiday. First of all - picked up and dropped off at the airport. Great room by the pool, perfectly cleaned every morning by very friendly staff. Safe. Helped us to organize discounts for all activities such as renting scooter, etc. helped with laundry as we ran out of clean clothes. Tasty breakfast, good coffee. Very easy going management and very friendly and helpful. Never had such a good experience till now. I mean it! Thanks to Oasi Casablanca staff and management! 10/10 would come back for sure!! Thanks for making our holiday exceptional!

My flight arrived much later than expected, sp there was no shuttle bus and no taxis available. The hotel sent someone to collect me, or I would have been stranded, left to walk down unfamiliar dark streets after midnight. Much appreciated 👏👏👏 for a small fee. They also gave me a large room with fantastic views. Very kind, good service.

The host lady was very friendly and polite, meeting and showing us around as we arrived, and being in touch online always we needed. Check-in time at 12:30 is very convenient as the flight arrival time is about 12:00. The hotel is perfectly located between airport and town centre - less than 10 minutes walk to both. The room is very modern, convenient and perfectly clean. We were pleased to find a big variety of snacks, tea, coffee, cocoa, water and milk in the hall, all of which was available 24 hours. There’s a coffe machine and a kettle in the hall. In the bathroom I found many disposable hygiene products such as teeth cleaning kit and even shaving kit which was indeed useful for me.

Davvero incredibile!!! Everything is absolutely perfect. The pool is sublime, the apartment is just like the photos and everything is operational. In addition, it is perfectly located 3 minutes walk from the airport. The welcome and especially Salvatore is really great. He made a lot of effort so that we could communicate in English, and he helped us rent a scooter that was brought back to the house, and at a very good price. Really, everything is perfect. A special thank you to the ladies responsible for cleaning who do a remarkable job. The pool and the place are really perfectly clean, and they are very nice. I really recommend you to choose this place for your stay on the island. Thank you again for this memorable stay!

    High standard, clean apartment, own terrace to dry clothes. There are two bathrooms in the apartment. There is a washing machine and if necessary you can ask for detergent at the reception. You can also get beach towels and a beach umbrella at the reception. Very close to the shop. There are cats on the territory nearby, which makes this place even more cozy. Let's feed the cats!

    Never imagined what a small island has to offer. I love everything about it, the locals are very friendly and try help out always. The food is amazing and prices are fair. Our catamaran trip was incredible, my favorite part of the trip. Isola dei Conigli is stunning.

    My favorite place was the library and some countryside. There are lots of places to have your meal. The best way to get around Lampedusa is to rent on a bike. But this is very odd that you can't rent it for one day, you just need to rent it at least for three days.
