The breakfast (included in the price) was exceptional. There was a selection of everything - I would say around 35 selections - eggs, bacon, sausage, a huge selection of Indonesian dishes, sushi, salads, curries, nasi goreng lots of sweet options local as well as cakes, pancakes, waffles, fruits, fresh juice, a selection of coffee's brought to your table made by the barista. The staff were exceptional and there were so many of them. You can sit outside or inside. It was a great experience to begin the day and a little chat with the staff was always lovely to enjoy. They helped us wth local information as well and always followed up on how we went the next day. As we were there for FifaU17 WC, they often asked about scored and celebrated or commiserated with us. We commend all the breakfast staff! Recommendations were taken up on and did not disappoint. The later check out time makes a difference too when so many hotels rush you out in the morning and you end a lovely holiday in panic mode. The pool was lovely and the spa amazing. You can book the hot and cold pool, steam room, sauna privately for an hour or so no extra charge! No crowds. The gym is small but efficient. Massages were half price of a neighbouring hotel our friend was in. Incredible massages! The door people were always friendly and stopping traffic for us. The personal touch of this hotel was something I have not experienced for many years. We even left with a beautiful Papandayan cushion as a gift. The decor of the hotel was lovely with Art deco meeting beautiful Indonesian design. The aromatherapy that hits you when you enter puts you in a calm mood after all the hustle and bustle of the city. The waterfall out the back is a serene environment and the fish beautiful. We had sandwiches made to go and they were like a meal in themselves! Incredible. No stomach issues whatsoever. Cleanliness of the room was brilliant, wifi always worked. My friends and I were very impressed. Thank you...

Everything about our stay was wonderful, especially the staff. The hospitality was top-notch! My daughter received a teddy bear from the receptionist, which made her extremely happy as she exclaimed, "This is the best hotel ever!" The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of traditional Indonesian, Asian, and Western dishes. We were also greeted with a welcome message in our room. The accommodations were spacious enough to comfortably fit four adults. Overall, it was one of our best stays.

Without a doubt, this is a brand-new hotel deserve 10 as its offering the best location in Bekasi. Its direct access to the mall makes it incredibly convenient—you won’t need to go anywhere else, as everything you could possibly need is right around you: restaurants, shops, entertainment, and daily essentials. I stay there 5 nights, The hotel staff are exceptionally warm and genuinely welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Their hospitality truly stands out. Thank you to Ferty, Dhira, Hari, Hilman I’ve stayed in both Central and South Jakarta before, but this hotel is now at the top of my list. It offers a refreshing alternative with far less hassle and more comfort. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially when compared to hotels in central Jakarta. You get outstanding value for money—modern facilities, a prime location, and great service, all at a competitive rate. Highly recommended

    The WHOOSH Speed Train was awesome fast, comfortable and gave us peace of mind traveling to Bandung. Travel from Halim (Jakarta) to Padalarang (Bandung vicinity) takes about 30 minutes at speeds up to 350 km/h. We recommend engaging a driver through Kiki Travel they were efficient and offered affordable rates, making the journey smooth and hassle-free to explore outside Bandung such as Lembang about 1hour from Bandung. Hygiene at this places is a major concerned cause they have to at least install a fly trap at the cafe and restaurant. Stunning view and nice location but lots of flies.

    Bogor is a good area for a short break from the crowded Jakarta. lot's of food to try and fresh air. However, you need to consider the traffic, especially during weekends and long weekend. Could be challenging too.

    Puncak is a favorite destination for lovely weather especially for those escaping the heat. It's full of beautiful nature. It's not easy to go around, while many families rely upon renting a car with a driver. Roads get jammed many times along the day.

    The hospitality if people in Bekasi was really good. I couldn't say much about the places because when I went there, everything was closed (Muslim holiday), but the Taman Mini Indonesia was really a good place to go if you want to know more about Indonesia. Food was great. I like the "Ayam Soto" that I had just around a street there. I only tried the street because restaurants were closed. It is easy to go around in Bekasi because there are motorcycles and cars that could be hired, such as: Gojek or Grab. Just have the application and book when you need to go somewhere. Hiking and going to the parks would be good activities that can be done in the place.

    A short stay but GREAT. The room was very comfort. Big, wide space and a comfort sofa. GREAT & completed room & bath amenities. A great bath tub, hot water superb. The most great experience was having an enjoyed time while swimming. The swimming area were shady, a lot of trees and in the afternoon the water was warmth. Highly recommended place to relax within city of Cikarang. Holiday Inn Cikarang

    Very happy we made a detour to Pangandaran.

    Very happy we made a detour to Pangandaran. The highlight is the green valley and canyon tour. You can also get a tour in the national park which is super nice and if you have time a surf lesson. We visited during the week so it was fairly quiet, lovely sunset and they had an event with live music and DJ on the beach. At the weekend we heard this place can get very busy with people from the city coming as well as the tourists there to surf and explore.

    Not much to see there.

    Not much to see there. The old Kasephuan palace is interesting and worth a one hour visit. Otherwise there is not much to see in the Cirebon. I saw very few international tourists. There are some good seafood restaurants, but that is not enough to justify the travel time and costs of a visit there.

    The booking wasn't made by me. The credit card was charged, and there's been no response from the hotel regarding my note. No cancellations allowed. The amount has been reserved on my credit card and can only be blocked after that.

    We used to stay in Bogor (Sentul City), only the last 5 years I have been staying in Yogyakarta. It was nice to visit Bogor again to enjoy culinary that we missed so far. Bogor has changed as lot so far and worth to revisit.
