Well mannered and friendly staff , super professional. Property is located at the most beautiful spot of the lake and has a lovely garden. Lobby is equipped with many different games to play and the bar is open during the night. wellness is not huge but enough. even with our two biggie boys doggies we were welcomed and this means a lot for dog people :)

Termal is within the hotel, breakfast and dinner was fine. There was always a gluten free option, bread and desert was not gluten free unfortunately.

Although a long walk (30 mins) from the rail station and rather hidden down a quiet street, once inside this superb hotel it revealed its elegant modern comforts. Reception was very welcoming and a mine of helpful information. The hotel is in immaculate condition and well cared for. The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The quiet ambience of the area was very close to the riverside promenade and shopping centre. Breakfast was a very enjoyable experience, and I was loathe to leave this wonderful hotel. Szolnok too is an understated location and I look forward to being able to return to stay longer.
