Amazing new place, with everything you can think of to keep you and your kids busy and happy on your holiday. Excellent breakfast and dinner, very nice - big Spa area, which didn’t get overcrowded even on a rainy day. We had a very nice experience at LUA resort. We spent 3 nights at the hotel. When we arrived there we had a very pleasant surprise: they upgraded our room. Consiarge and room service were great. However, what we enjoyed the most was the food at the NOON restaurant. The chef and the staff are doing an amazing job. Food was great!

Wonderfull location , quiet and relaxing . Great breakfast great dinner , however limited options for lunch ( a la carte ) , not an issue for me tough . Great spa area , love the outdoor pool . Great for peace and quiet where no one bothers you . The little sweet treat for my wife.s birthday was a nice touch of class and attention to detail .

Great location, amazing villa with all what is needed for the stay. Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed SPA/ wellness that is available on site . We were not in season, so outdoor pool was not yet available , but in summer time it would be truly a paradise . Host and lady on reception were amazing as well as a cat Cicerone that our son loved that much:-). We really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast and dinner offerings were great, considering you can eat both a la carte and from a buffet for breakfast. Dinner offers a variety of food that meets 5-star excellence. Blue Waters, Wine and Thermal Springs

Known to many as Hungarian Sea, Lake Balaton is the Central Europe’s largest body of fresh water and one of its most popular attractions. Located in the Transdanubia region of Hungary, the Balaton is great for water sports, wine-tasting trips or simply relaxing in the sun.

One of the major resorts is Siofok, great for a family holiday due to significantly shallower waters here and plenty of children activities and facilities. Known as the capital of Balaton, it is full of sandy beaches, stalls with local food and crafts, as well as nightclubs.

Other popular destinations on the south shore of the lake are Zamardi, Balatonfoldvar, Balatonfenyves and Fonyod, the latter offering great views of the lake and the volcanic-topped hills surrounding it.

The Balaton’s north shoreline features pretty towns, popular with an elderly crowd and lovers of deeper waters. Keszthely is one of them, with a beautiful 18th-century Festetics Palace and within close proximity to the spa town of Heviz, where people come to relax in thermal springs and beautiful gardens.

    The staff (receptionists, Zalán - the bell boy, the restaurant staff, the masseuse, the ladies at the café) were all super kind, polite and professionals. When I checked in, I asked for some information about the massage. The receptionist remembered my request and introduced the masseuse to me while I was at the café. In the evening, he still remembered my room number when we went to have dinner - exceptionally professional! The room was clean and comfortable, the spa was enjoyable and super clean! There are restaurants around the hotel, the town centre is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The food (we had breakfast and dinner) was amazing, we could choose from a big variety of dishes, and the coffee was amazing! We went there by car; the hotel has its own big car park, it's safe and only the hotel guests have access to it by using a card which opens the gate. There are different facilities for small children, the best is the bouncy inflatable castle. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel to families, couples and solo travellers too.

    The only + we found was a very good location,the hotel is old,the rooms are very old with baths that have yellowish curtains at the shower,old furniture,at 12 floor our toilet did not function we asked for a change of room and they changed it,the food at dinner was not good at all,the only good thing was the fact that the beach was free of charge,the sunbeds as well!we were lucky not too book with half bord ,so we just paied one dinner !

    Nice city, definitely suitable for a holiday. The center near the port is beautiful, well-kept. Around the road to the port there are many options to satisfy your thirst and hunger. There is also a smaller zoo, which is not large in size, but is largely contact-based, so it is an experience for children.

    As cyclists, we really liked the well-marked bike paths. There is a beautiful promenade on the shore with stalls selling local products. You can rent a colorful boat to ride on the lake, or take a train for a half-hour ride around the city. There is always something going on on the promenade too. Highly recommended!

Heviz termal lake very expensive for nothing, They close vital bar 15 minutes before closing. 3 young girls, 1 young boy is rude and arogant. Very dissapointed. They so us to came in bar 20 minutes to bar,no one come to ask for serve. When we personaly come to waiter and want to take like self service. He said :IT'S CLOSED!!! Very arogant-sorry for VItal Bar Boss to pay so young and arogant stuff.

    There is nothing to see, just Balaton lake. But, for us that was the reason to come since we wanted to avoid any outside activities. Just wanted to do be in the hotel and enjoy in SPA! Will come back for sure!

    Beautiful excursion place - Hungarian Provence.

    Beautiful excursion place - Hungarian Provence. I recommend visiting outside the main tourist season. The prices are higher, but the place offers an excellent starting point for walking, cycling or car tourism around Lake Balaton.

    Nice and serene place by the lake.

    Nice and serene place by the lake. A couple of restaurants by the lake, which was nice. People there don't speak english, but most know german. Traffic by the main road was pretty high, which made crossing quite a challange. Most of the shore is taken by private properties.

    Nice, small city with (paid) beach at Balaton lake. Full of tourist in the centre(parkings also paid) but if you go uphill - towards hills - you can find not only delicious wine but relaxing atmosphere.

    Great place to be in the summer but also off-season.

    Great place to be in the summer but also off-season. Clean and cozy atmosphere with just enough things to do. The beach is exceptionally clean and the water is good for swimming. Better than on the south side of the lake.
