Cleanliness, staff, location. It is convenient commuting from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at night, then took bus no. 46 for arrpox 55 min to the hotel, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, so, you don't have to worry! on the way back, I took bus no. A41 directly to the airport. the hotel is connected with shopping mall, and MTR station, while you need to walk to get there, then, you can travel by train to other locations, so impressive for my first trip to Hong Kong. The hotel has good strategy in communicating with guests on what's going around the area e.g. some of construction noise which may occur during daytime from the park works nearby, which I see this as a very miner impact. At night, it is quiet, and I slept very well.

The room was very spacious, the bathroom was excellent, the staff was very caring and pro-active. The location is not directly in the city center but next to the MTR that can easily bring you there or to any other station connected to other parts of Hong Kong. The breakfast was good too.
