My partner and I loved this hotel. The hosts helped us with everything we needed and made sure we have an amazing stay. They helped us with restaurant reservations and gave us recommendations. The hotel is near a bus stop which made it easy to go to the main attractions without having a car/quad. The room was clean and the mattress is a qualitative one so we had a good sleep. Breakfast was good and diversified each day.

Beautifully built, fab location really close to lots of places to eat and mini markets. 2 mins walk to bus stop that goes to Naxos town every 30 mins. Great breakfast and friendly staff. We had the most relaxing and great time,highly recommended.

It is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the island vibes and marvelous beaches of Naxos. Very beautiful hotel with great ammenities, beautiful swimming pool and excellent breakfast. We really enjoyed our time in Naxos and we feel lucky to have stayed in this lovely hotel which feels like home, thanks to the warm and kind hospitality from the owner Kostas and the assistant Lena. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, we loved to take cappuccino, greek yogurt with cereals and honey everyday, and we could add bread with jam, fruits, juices, some sweets and greek salad. Additionally, everyday was offered personally for free at least a bottle of water and fruit to take with us to the beach. The room is well cleaned, with a nice balcony and air conditioner working very quickly. Of course very important to us was the location, which is excellent, just close to the old town (Chora, where also all shops, restaurant and bars are) and the port of Naxos and very close to the beach Agios Giorgios. Also in front of the port of Naxos is very easy to take the public bus going to the main other beaches of the island (in Plaka, Agios Prokopios etc.).

The room was spacious, modern, and lovely with the most comfortable bed of our multi island trip. The location worked for us as we were close to the beach and could walk into town easily too. The pool and breakfast were added bonuses. Very good value!

Travel Back in Time

Known for its crystal clear azure waters and impressive winds, the beautiful tourist destination of Naxos is the largest and greenest island of the Cyclades. This unique place is a popular choice with watersports and history lovers.

Composed of Venetian and Cycladic elements, the traditional old town of Naxos (also known as Chora) has an imposing Venetian castle. Built in the 6th century BC and dedicated to Apollo, the iconic marble gate of Portara is located just outside the town, overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Rich in history, folkloric tradition and fine wine, the mountain village of Apeiranthos with its marble houses is one of the biggest villages of the island. Visit the picturesque village of Halki, experience a tour at the Valindraa Kitron distillery and taste the exclusive lemon liqueur from Naxos.

About 5 km south west of Naxos Town, the famous long golden beach of Agios Prokopios is safe from the north winds and offers a great variety of hotels. Next door is the sandy beach of Agia Anna, featuring a wonderful selection of studios, taverns and beach bars.

    Everything was just perfect! It is a small resort managed by members of one Greek family - Lianos. Everyone looks after the guests wonderfully, keeping the hotel in perfect condition. In fact, the hotel looks better than the pictures on the internet. The whole was made and finished with good quality materials and decorated in good taste. The hotel looks new, nothing damaged or dirty. We were accommodated in a sea view bungalow on the first floor. Each cottage has four small apartments - two on the ground floor, two on the first floor (room + bathroom + balcony or a small terrace - if it is on the ground floor). The common area is beautifully decorated. Breakfast is served on the spacious terrace by the pool overlooking the sea and with a pleasant breeze. The breakfast food (buffet style) everyday is pretty much the same but with lots of choice, all fresh and baked on site. There is no typical restaurant, however you can order food during the day (for lunch or dinner): salads, pasta. etc. There is also a bar (open until midnight) where a very nice bartendress serves all kinds of drinks, cocktails, beer etc. Despite the full occupancy in the hotel, you do not feel the presence of other guests at all.

    1) the studio is very clean and cozy and the host Lefteris is very helpful and accommodating. 2) Given that it’s the fall season, it is a pleasant 1.2 km walk from and to the port area. It is easy to locate Sweet Home using Google map. Taking the public bus from Sweet Home is pretty convenient too. 3) Though there is no kettle nor a microwave oven, everything that I need and that is provided (stove, fridge) works perfectly. It will be great to have a smaller pot for boiling water As for the safe, TV and coffee machine, I have no use for them. 4) Wifi signal is strong and the hot water in the bathroom works so well that I enjoy every shower at the end of a long day. 5) There are so many power points all over the studios… enough for a party of three to charge all their phones, cameras etc at the same time.

The owners are incredible, genuinely good people, attentive to every detail, and with small gestures of kindness and attention, they made our honeymoon even more special.     Amazing property with fabulous views from every aspect, we were upgraded to the most amazing rooms twice by Georgia who was fabulous!! Superior suite and executive pool room, were out of this world, everything beautifully looked after. Staff were all really helpful and friendly, in particular Maria and Katerina were lovely and super helpful made stay a delight. Restaurant and drinks were really good value. Would highly highly recommend and will definitely return.

    Lively town with loads of great shops, bars and restaurants, to suit all tastes, particularly in the port area. Travelling around is easy with a good regular bus service which takes you to all the beautiful beaches. Had a really relaxing holiday and would definitely return.

    We loved it, the water was warm, great for swimming- And sunbathing. It was just the right mix of relaxing environment but with enough cafes and restaurants. No shopping other than touristy things though, one or two “boutiques “,

    Agia Anna was a lovely location, beautiful setting and we loved the fact you could eat dinner on the beach as the restaurants all set up on the beach in the early evening. The place had a cool vibe and felt undiscovered. there were plenty of places to eat and a supermarket to buy essentials. If you are self catering you would want to stop off in the main town before arriving. AB supermarkets had everything.

    The beach is a very short walk with chairs and umbrellas available. Lots of fish offshore for snorkeling. Also, some nice restaurants and beach bars along the Sea. Don't miss the mountain towns like Chalki.

    Mikri Vigla is a quiet town with a couple bakeries and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets and beaches, but you should have a car / moped to get around. The bus from Naxos Chora is infrequent and drops off at the beach, not the town proper.

    Stelida is a purpose built hilltop penninsula for accomodation and walking distance to a lovely beach if the north wind is not blowing. Only two restaurant options to walk to at night but it has easy access to hill towns and beaches to the south by car. It's out of the hectic vibes of Naxos Town and very quiet at night so a good night sleep is ensured!

    We liked the premises and quiet sandy beach. There is free parking on premise and some very good restaurants nearby. Make sure that when you get the sea view room, you ask for the direct and not the side views room.

    This is a special, hidden gem on Naxos, away from all the sunbeds and noise from the busy beaches. The 2 beaches here were absolutely fantastic. You reach the town by bus from the port of Naxos and ride through the mountains to reach this town. It's such a lovely bus ride, but if you easily get car sick, I recommend taking car sick medication before leaving. You get around the tiny town on foot; everything is in one spot. It is difficult to park here, so strongly recommend coming by bus, it's cheap and it runs a few times per day. There is a minimarket, a souvenir shop, and a handful of tavernas and coffee shops right on the beach! Our favorite restaurant by far was Kalimera, true Greek food. One beach is a sandy beach and the other has rocks, not as easy to get in and out but worth the effort. The water is crystal clear.

    Quiet beach with three Tavernas withing walking distance...

    Quiet beach with three Tavernas withing walking distance plus some smaller food service locations. There is a mini market where you can purchase essentials. It was very windy in June, less so we were told in September. No bus service, we hired a car but if you are prepared to walk up and doen the beach not absolutely essential.

    We enjoyed visiting St.

    We enjoyed visiting St. George (Agios Georgios) Beach, which has shallow waters for young children Also, the Temple of Apollo was very nearby and has some amazing views. Our favourite part was taking a walk to the Castle (Kastro) in the Old Town . It's beautiful narrow cobbled streets with quaint shops along the way lead you to the breathtaking views when you reach the top. Remember to take a moment to absorb the views from this height. It's worth every moment. There are also boat trips you can take from the harbour - with day trips to Santorini or Mykonos daily.
