- From £410.66 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 837 reviewsWe loved this oasis of a hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, friendly and made us feel welcome from the very beginning of our stay. Nothing was an issue for them and they had great recommendations for what to see on the island. This resort, however, is that kind of place where you will want to spend the majority of your stay at Kos. The beach was splendid, with great views, clean water and sand, and very comfy beach loungers. The walk to the beach through the sand dunes was a bliss on its own. The pool was also very nice, clean and comfy and when it was a little windy (mind you, it was the end of October), the pool offered a cozy alternative to the beach. The room itself is beautifully designed, the beds are comfy, and there all the amenities you may need. We really enjoyed the outside area of our room/bungalow with lots of options to sit, lay, chill, do yoga. One could also take a quick dip in the shared pool. There were days where we left the room only to go to eat something because we didn't feel like leaving this home away from home. Food options were solid. Breakfast was truly amazing, featuring local and fresh produce. The other food options were also yummy, albeit a little expensive. Last but not least, we found it really lovely that the hotel organized all sorts of cozy and laid back events, such as movie nights, free yoga classes and more. We will definitely come back.Guest review byMatějCzech Republic
- From £210.53 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 95 reviewsAnimation team made the holiday, We booked the suite room which was so spacious and clean for a family of four , the hotel is so cozy and surrounded by nature , our 2 younger boys loved the hotel facilities like the water slides and the pools , The restaurant food was more than excellent for a family of vegetarians as we always struggle to find soemthing good to eat while abroad but there was no issue with that in Kipriotis village, the restaurant staff were always so nice, But our favourite part of the holiday was the animation They put their whole hearts into what they do , their job is not so easy but they always managed to keep everyone happy and entertained. Kids club, minidisco, daily and fitness activities, and ofcourse the evening entertainment were always a hit and done with 100%energy the animators were always greeting and starting conversation with all the guests , they all work so hard :) Shoutout to kola , an amazing person , Thank you to all the staff at kipriotis village we will be back next year !Guest review byDanielIreland
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 321 reviewsWe stayed as a family of 6 adults for five days. We were surprised by the hotel! A beautiful and well-kept hotel, very clean, excellent service, the food was great, very varied and fresh, the sous chef was very helpful, and despite kosher restrictions, we were able to find plenty of vegetarian food, I would also like to mention the kind service of the reception staff, the lovely Helen, and Petma Mashrut The customers, all the kind waiters in the dining room, Sofia, Michaela and of course Albina, our chambermaid.. Highly recommend!!!Guest review byדוליIsrael
- From £172.24 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 631 reviewsEverything from check in to check out was fantastic. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are extremely helpful and accommodating with great advice about things to do around the island. Not so much nightlife as such, but ideal for a relaxing stay. A la carte restaurants were nice, but the buffet is more than adequate with great breakfast and dinner options. Lovely beach area and pools.Guest review byJohnL90Ireland

The most outstanding experience of Kos town was the people. Everywhere we went we met kind, friendly and generous people. It’s a quieter beach with a relaxed and laid back feel. Some tavernas along the waterfront. Lots of dubbed available and not crowded during my visit in mid August. Supermarkets nearby. Bus is regular between Kos town, and Kefalos every couple of hours during summer. Hire cars available.Guest review byCinsAustralia - 10.0
Mastichari is lovely!
Mastichari is lovely! It is a chilled Greek village beside a beach with a small terminal for ferries to / from Kalymnos, and a bus stop that will get you to Kos town or the airport. There is a nice variety of tavernas for traditional Greek food, and a handful of bars. Prices in Mastichari are much cheaper than in Kos town! There are a selection of shops that sell a mixture of groceries, booze, and souvenirs. If you need a big supermarket, head up the hill out of the village and you will come to Constantinos, which has everything you need. There's also plenty of places to hire cars etc. The beach is right beside the village. It is very chilled. There are no noisy bars churning out loud music, or noisy motorised watersports. There are some sunbeds, but the beach is not dominated by them. Most of the holiday makers we saw were, like us, middle aged or older (this is not a criticism!). If you are younger and / or want a lively nightlife, this village may not be for you. Everything is fairly flat (unless you go up that big hill above the village), but you will need to tackle a step or two to get into shops and tavernas. The smaller hotels here will have stairs, not lifts, so do your research if accessibility is an issue for you.Guest review byPetaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Tigaki in Kos is a fantastic destination, with beautiful beaches, charming local restaurants, and a relaxed vibe that’s perfect for a getaway. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Xenos Villas. These villas stand out in the area—brand new, stylish, and designed with so much attention to detail.Guest review byDinos GrigoratosUnited Kingdom - 8.0
It's a very small town, there isn't much to see or do.
It's a very small town, there isn't much to see or do. You can pretty much walk in two directions. But Tigaki is close, there's a bit more variety of restaurants and bars and cafes. The beach in Marmari is perfect though! And it's very safe and quiet. I would recommend renting a car anyway, because there's not much else to do and you will be more flexible that way. The sunsets in Marmari are very beautiful!Guest review byV013Austria - 10.0
It was an amazing stay at Agios Fokas.
It was an amazing stay at Agios Fokas. The Hotel has great facilities and allocated in the nice quiet part of Agios Fokas, not far from thermal water. The atmosphere at the hotel was really nice. The staff were providing an amazing support. Georgios, Annam Joanna, Eleni, Paris, Eva and Ronaldo took care of everything what was needed.Guest review byKsanka - 8.0

We stayed at Mastichari and it proved to be a great choice for the second week of August because there was always some breeze comparing to other places were the heat was unbearable. The beach is long and sandy but has also a lot of seaweed. It’s a small place, nothing exceptional but nice connection to other islands and for touring around Kos. Good food and friendly locals 👍🏻Guest review byElenaItaly - 8.0

Good beach- especially for children as shallow, sandy and calm. Too many sunbeds from huge hotel complex but some beach available. Lovely views out to see and to islands. Some great places to eat. Easy to get a bus to Kos town, to the airport and a couple of other places.Guest review byG McTagueUnited Kingdom - 8.0
It depends on what you want. Parts are aimed at tourists.
It depends on what you want. Parts are aimed at tourists. But it's worth a wander. The old town is worth a half day. There are sufficient good restaurants, especially at the top end of the pedestrian are that's worth a visit. Restaurants and bars are competitive so prices are vert reasonable. A visit to the nearby islands are well worth it. There is public transport making it easy and affordable to travel round the islandGuest review byJones
