An exceptional hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and varied. The hotel is located right on the sea—just like its name suggests. From the dining room, which opens to the sea, you go down three steps and enter the hotel’s private beach. The hotel gives off a warm, homey feeling. The staff is helpful and charming, and above all, the hotel owner, Mr. Petros, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay here. An amazing man—warm-hearted, with a great sense of humor. We had a wonderful vacation at Ana Island! It turned out that most of the negative comments here have no ground at all! The staff was extremely friendly, the pools were cleaned every day, the sheets and towels were changed every day, the rooms were neat and tidy, the food was delicious! This was one of the best complexes we ever stayed in Greece at very reasonable price! We have recommended this place to all our friends! Thank you Ana Island, we will come back for sure!

The location is central, and our host was incredibly sweet—she helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is spotlessly clean and feels brand new; it really makes you feel special. After a long journey, the most valuable thing for a traveler is being able to check in early, and we had been on the road for 10 hours. By around 11 a.m., our room was already prepared. It was a great stay. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful at all times. The hotel room was really thought out. There is enough space for the luggage. Even a closet. The hotel room was clean and cosy. The pool area was clean - We also ordered some of the food they had on the menu. Even that was really tasty. Its also not far from the beach. All in all i would 100% totally recommend staying here if you come to kalithea.

It was quiet, very clean, had everything I needed to relax and focus. The owners are super friendly, accomodating and cool overall. The swimming pool was amazing and although it was very hot outside, the rooms were fresh. Bed, pillow comfy too

Beautiful, completely new hotel in great location, spacious rooms with everything you need and tasteful interior, only about 2 minutes walking from the beach and a couple of minutes from the city center with plenty of restaurants, souvenir shops, and by car close to all the other beaches, beach bars, and clubs in Chalkidiki. Free parking is available in the hotel as well. The best thing was most likely the wonderful staff, a special thanks to Lydia and Konstantina, who were taking the best care of us while being nothing than kind at any time. We will come back for sure!

    Sani Beach is an amazing hotel for families, they have everything to make your holiday most enjoyable. Sandy beaches that star shallow for a long time, kids pool in the shade of the trees, bicycle rental, indoor pool and free sunset cruises. We had a great time and would highly recommend Sani Beach to any family, and the Sani resort to anyone else. It is a very family focusses hotel where the buffet opens at 6pm and other restaurant offer 3-course set menus for kids. The staff were very friendly and everyone was very fluent in English. The food was top notch and the vast space around the hotel gives you plenty of options to choose your favourite pool, beach or hike.

    The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget.

    The place is suitable if you are visiting Greece on budget. It is very crowded and it s a nightmare to find a parking spot. We visited few traditional tavernas( Ouzeri Las Pas,Villa Ella ( has live music) and had very tasty greek dishes :tzatziki , Greek salad, fried zuchini, fried white bait, aubergine salad, grilled sardines, stuffed peppers, chicken souvlaki. The prices are reasonable.

    The room is in a great location. To get to the beach you have to go down a few steps. The view from the terrace in front of the premises is impressive. In the evening, the area is very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive.

    Polychrono is a small town with an excellent promenade and sunset views. There is a large choice of tavernas and restaurants. In the evening it is bustling with shops, bars and children's activities. There's a really good variety of shops for browsing.

To get the best experience while visiting it would be advisable to rent a car as there are some amazing beaches in the surrounding areas that are not accessible unless you take a taxi or rent a car

    Avatel Lodge is the great place to have relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Everything was beautiful and convenient. The room and facilities were clean and nicely set up. We were welcomed by Ms. Yulia, who was so nice, welcoming and helpful, with whatever was needed. Breakfast was great and variety of choices. Nice and cozy walk down to a private beach, with clear water and easy access. Chilling by the pool was also great. Thank you all for welcoming us to your paradise!

    The place is nice, it has a nice seafront, the sea is clear with great visibility. The beach is not to deep, on some places you can barely fit a chair between the wall and the water. I visited in August, and it was very crowded. Good thing is people dont get to the beach very early, so for early birds, its a great experience. The place has a small amusement park for kids, lots of restaurants at the beach with sea view. The food is good, and not too expensive. The place is very safe and quiet. Bad thing is that THERE IS NO PHARMACY. If you need something you will have to drive a short ride to a near by town.

    Small and quiet village with very good houses. However one thing that we didnt like were the taverns. Pizza and pasta places in Greece feels a bit like a joke. The few traditional taverns were a bit overpriced and the food was not that good. Not to mention the fish taverns at the end of the village… quite bad. The only place that i can actually recommend is the gyro place in the beginning of Paliouri.

    Sani as a location is nice. The marina is maintained nicely and the area around the hotels is lovely. The area is one of the most expensive places in Chalkidhiki. The sea is absolutely lovely, sandy and clean. We went to neighbouring places to eat as we didn’t feel like paying £42 for a plate of risotto.
