Great rooms, excellent views and an extremely hospitable host sums up our stay here. The hotel itself is at a height with views of the Prespa lake and the village from the very large balcony adjoining the room. The room itself is very large with a large bathroom with high quality amenities. There is a provision for tea and coffee in the room with a small restaurant for breakfast and coffee above a flight of stairs. We arrived to a warm welcome by the host and greeted with hot coffee. Cookies just out of the oven were served free. Breakfast was prepared by the hostess’ mom and it was very elaborate, freshly made and delicious. We were not aware of this and had requested an early breakfast at 6.30 am and felt a bit bad about waking her up so early. However she was all smiles and spoke to us about India in Greek through her interpreter (daughter). They invited our guide for breakfast though he was staying somewhere else. There is a restaurant in the village about 5-7 mins walk from the property that’s very lively and serves great food.

The hospitality of Eleni was impecable. She came on the riad to greet us and offered to help us with the suitcases. A liquer was waiting for us on our arrival. The breakfast was amazing with all the home made jams and cakes. Shall stay again without hesitation.

Outstanding location on a beautiful island, lovely hosts, delicious breakfasts. It is my second visit, my friend said she would like to live here. For anyone who enjoys nature and birds - including pelicans, nightingales and hoopoes - it is hard to imagine a more perfect spot. The fish prepared in the restaurant opposite was wonderful. The apartment is ideally located near the river and just steps away from the pedestrian street, where you'll find plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and various stores. The neighbourhood is quiet, and the apartment itself is cozy yet spacious enough for three guests. While there’s no private parking, street parking is available in the area — we had no trouble finding a spot right outside the building. The owners are extremely friendly and always happy to help. They even offered us a homemade drink as a gift, which was absolutely delicious.
