Contrary to what I expected as I thought it was going to be a room above the pub, it was not. It was a separate purpose built building next to the pub, the room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. We had pets and the room even came with its own small walled yard. Plenty of space for parking the car. The Landlady Daphne is very friendly and welcoming as well as all her staff, and the food at the pub was exquisite! The village is lovely surrounded by beautiful countryside fields. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Extremely well-located, with an excellent staff and breakfast, and enormous attention to detail (from the scents and Shakespeare quotes on the room doors to the anti-slip mats and farewell biscuits). It is immersive, clean, and comfortable. All for a very fair price. They even offer to bring breakfast (with its many many options) to your bed. I'm certainly coming back whenever I visit Stratford-upon-Avon again.

We love staying here! Second time booking our stay from Australia. Highly recommend. Only regret we have is not staying here longer. We love the location and the rooms overlooking the street are just delightful! The on-site restaurant and drinks make it extra special. Make sure you try the Bees Knees cocktail. We visited the town of Warwick and the tourist information centre was very helpful. We visited St Mary's Church and climbed the spiral steps up the tower to get a clear view of Warwick and the castle. We were given a guided tour of the church. We visited Saxon Mill where we enjoyed the working mill, the beautiful grounds and a welcome coffee. We returned in the evening by taxi for a lovely meal. I would recommend the Saxon Mill.

Kenilworth Castle is a wonderful place to visit, and I would recommend it to anyone. Likewise Kenilworth itself - there is not much left of the Abbey, but it is definitely worth a stroll through the well-kept and tranquil grounds. The shopping area is well served with a large variety of shops, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Another thing I noticed was that there are lots of benches where one can stop to rest.

Rugby is a pretty little town with some history. Most shopping is now in small retail estates on the outskirts, allowing for larger premises and stock. This means the towh centre has small cosy cafes drinking holes and a smattering of charity shops.

Fantastic location and beautifully furnished pod in the trees! We were on route to the Lakes. I called the location prior to booking to ensure I could have another person and the staff member dawn was very helpful indeed. It was well provided for with equipment and the pod was very warm and cosy. The location in the trees is lovely seeing little dears and lots of birds, sheep and animals around. I would have liked to have stayed and explored a bit more.

Service was not good .

Service was not good . We waited long for check in and 3 times had to use my card as the Internet service was bad at reception and kept declining. Room was smelly and pillows were not comfy and old . No extra pillows provided in the room. At breakfast time waited ages for someone to book us but no one available so we went in to the dinning area . Then a staff member rudely asked what room we are in ! Explained no one was at the front desk so came in after waiting ages and also seen other couples face the same thing during breakfast time . The name of the hotel and what we seen advertised was not the same expectation.
