- From US$263.16 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 927 reviewsWhat's not to like here? The beds were comfortable, the rooms immaculately clean and fresh, the decor modern and really nice, the views from the rooms breathtaking, the food super tasty, and the landscape and scenery surrounding the hotel out of this world! But what really made it a 10/10 for me was the staff! They were all really brilliant! But, a special thanks goes to Steve, who was really so helpful and nice! 😊Guest review byRanveigNorway

Anything that we requested was presented to us, nothing was too much trouble from a smiling team of morning staff. Our room as always was warm cosy and comfortable. There was a good choice in the bistro for our evening meal which we thoroughly enjoyed. A very pleasant accommodating group of evening staff. ThanksGuest review byMAURICEUnited Kingdom

Skipton exceeded our expectations.
Skipton exceeded our expectations. We were only there for the weekend for a celebration of a wedding. We got a day to explore. So much on offer! Canal boat trips, walks, castle local market on in the High Street. Lots of winding alleys to sweet independent shops and bakeries. More bars and pubs and cafes than I've seen anywhere! Beautiful Town Hall with a fantastic little museum that was great for kids too, with lots of interesting hands on experiences. I highly recomend a visit. Great 'Makers Market' going on too in the hall. A super base to see the Dale's and surrounding area.Guest review byTownsend - 8.0
Richmond is a lovely small town on a hill.
Richmond is a lovely small town on a hill. There is a large cobbled market square. Quaint streets lead off from it. The indoor market has lots of good stalls. The castle is behind this and well worth a visit. The Georgian Theatre is well worth a visit. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants. The Railway Station has a cinema, a café, small shops and an exhibition area. There is a well marked circular walk of about three miles to Earby Abbey. Entrance is free. Earby Church , next to it, has a collection of amazing Medieval wall frescos. Paddling in the river at the bottom of Mill Road is popular. The town has steep roads. The parking can be a problem with generally limited times.Guest review byGawperUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Grassington is a lovely village in a great location within the dales. Lots of nice walks from there, especially along the river. It has plenty of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from. A fabulous place for breakfast, the old school room (8 mins in car).Guest review byPhilUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Lovely village surrounded by amazing limestone scenery.
Lovely village surrounded by amazing limestone scenery. Two nice pubs and a good cafe. Bus service. Good paths and signposts. Take a carrier bag on your walks to collect litter, as this is unfortunately a popular place for inconsiderate visitors!Guest review bySueUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It has most of what you would expect from a traditional Yorkshire Dales village and more, with a good mix of old and new. A very traditional inn, down to earth, with a good mix of locals and visitors, sits next to a recently refurbished one, apparently aiming for the higher spending tourists. A central area offers cobbled parking in front of inns and shops. There is still a village green, (with actual local children playing), a post office, a general store and a mix of other outlets for arts/crafts, gifts, ice-cream etc. Very easy access to both the gentler riverside aspects and the wilder moorlands of the area.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The Masons pub was friendly owner and staff are lovely food good. Ingleton has a lot of things to offer for walkers . Not many places to let the dog off safely. Where dogs have to be kept on lead maybe a dog park would be good.Guest review byLynneUnited Kingdom - 2.0

- Being charged without consent (MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR CLAIRITY, they phone you up after booking and charge without consent, there is also a NON REFUNDBALE TRIP so go somewhere else) - Hidden Fees (Forced room upgrade + Dog fee per night) - locked out of room (room door didn't work and we were forced to wait in the lobby and buy drinks until it was fixed, which it never was. We did get 1 comp round. - Splinters everywhere - Hurt my dogs foot when leaving room - no hot water - below average food - Unhelpful / Untruthful staff - Bad Management - The Room (2 single beds pushed together creating a hard point in the middle) - Aggressive Dogs allowed at hotelGuest review byKurtUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The kitchen and living room are at the top of the cottage which give access to fantastic views. The bedrooms are small, but adequate. Beds are comfortable. The price is reasonable. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Parking is available.Guest review byHippogirlyUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Caw Cottage is simply wonderful.
Caw Cottage is simply wonderful. It has everything you will need for a relaxing stay in the Yorkshire Dales. Perfectly placed to explore this beautiful area and with Sedbergh just a few miles down the road with a number of good pubs/restaurants, everything is within easy reach. Caw Cottage is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The bed is super comfortable too. The hosts are nearby, very friendly and helpful, but very respectful of your privacy. Caw Cottage is a gem of a place. Well worth the visit.Guest review byJulieUnited Kingdom
