Great Family-Friendly Hotel Near the Zoo This is a nice family hotel located not far from the Zoo, which made it super convenient for our trip. I was contacted right after check-in to make sure everything was okay, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and reliable internet. There's also a small yard at the back of the hotel where the kids could play – a great bonus for families. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Totally unique. Literally like staying in a small palace as it was so luxurious! Our host was most helpful and very friendly.

Fantastic place to spend a few days! The spa facilities are lovely. The outdoor pool is great. Staff are helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and the rooms were very comfortable.

Nice quiet location. Room was spacious. Bed very large. Staff were all nice, especially Raul, who was extremely helpful.

Lovely stay in Posada de Don Guzman, we liked everything and exceeded our speciation's, The comfort of the room, quality of the service and the breakfast, the location within Los Valles Pasiegos, the nature and beauty of the environment and moreover the warming and professionalism of the owners.

Cristina was very nice and hospitable. We were a bit cold the first night, but she made sure the heat was turned on for the second night. We traveled with our baby, and thankfully they had a high chair we could use at breakfast. Although, the walls are a bit thin, so I'm not sure if this is the best place if you have a crying child. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again.
